This was a great place. It’s very big and spacious. It was neat and clean. Tung is a very friendly and helpful host. He helped us with a lot of things. The cafe below the villa is also nice. Tung is one of those hosts who would go the extra mile to help out their guests! Extremely extremely polite and generous. Tung took painstaking efforts to make our stay and sight seeing in da nang and hoi an, absolutely seamless! One of the best host we have ever come across! This place is beautiful! Everything you would expect from a modern home. Our whole family stayed here and only 10 mins from the airport which is a plus since you can’t run late. Would highly recommend!

It was much better than expected. The place is actually not too far from the city center and quite big, suitable for group travel. Much fall in love with the stunning and spacious living room and kitchen. Rooms are also beautiful with different vibes of Vietnamese cities. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. We had a good time there and hope to come back someday.

It was our first family trip to Da Nang, and we were very surprised at how huge and comfortable Tung’s place were. They were alot of cafes and mini mart within walking distance. My baby enjoyed the space alot and he is only 2 YO and loves exploring spaces. The amenities, rooms, toilets are very clean. The kitchen is also well equipped. We love how cosy Tung’s house were after a whole day out, we loved coming back to the house and enjoy cosy-family-time together. Would come here again ☺️

Our stay at Danh's place was comfortable, she was very proactive in her responses and provided great recommendations! The city center was a short grab drive from her place so it was easy to get around. Her place was definitely worth the price, would definitely recommend to a friend.

We enjoyed a great stay in Da Nang. House was huge, ample space for everyone. Tung was a super nice host and was great with his communication, addressing all our questions quickly. Everything was a cheap and quick Grab ride away with some nice local eats nearby. Sense Coffee downstairs was a bonus as it served amazing coffee! Would recommend for sure!

Tung was very friendly and helpful during our stay at Sense Villa - we loved getting our morning coffee from the cafe right downstairs, and playing with Sen. The house was spacious and comfortable, very suitable for our group of 6. There's a 24hr minimart nearby for you to get some late night snacks as the area is otherwise pretty quiet. The beds were comfortable and hot water supply was good. All that we needed for a great stay! :)

This accomodation was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The location was great; it was quiet, convenient and relatively close to the city. This is great accommodation for families and large groups and would definitely recommend this place to others. There is a cafe located on the ground level with a peaceful ambience and friendly staff. The host is extremely responsive and accomodating. We will be sure to visit again.

We loved the place! This is perfect for a big group with plenty of bathrooms and huge bedrooms. Everything was clean and better than the pictures. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for night markets to where to shop for new suitcases. We loved the coffee shop below the place. Location is near everything including beach and night markets.

The property was perfect for our large group. The space was very nicely decorated and we were very comfortable during our stay. The cafe downstairs was the perfect way to start our day. The coffee was amazing and the dog and cat were so cute!
