We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamIt would have been nice to have someone at the hotel entrance to tell us where to park our car when we first arrived. I had to get in the hotel and asked a receptionist.
A modern and conveniently located hotel in Hai Phong, only 5-min drive from the city center. The room was clean, well facilitated with everything we needed. The indoor pool was a bit small but clean and not very crowded on the weekend. Staff were friendly, helping me with the early check-in.
