I thought the washroom basin was situated quite low even for a shortie like me. My balcony was right next to another building so it didn't make sense to open the curtains even during the day.

It's a pretty new hotel. The room was comfy and pretty. I like the neutral colors and the decor. The best part though was the incredible staff. I especially want to mention Xuan Thu. I showed up hungry. She and her colleague quickly got me some chicken rice and hand-delivered it to my door. She also helped me get a sim card and order a truck to move some personal belongings. I was so lucky to meet such an angel who went out of her way to help everyone enthusiastically with a big smile. To say the least, I was deeply touched.

There were a couple of busted USB outlets in the room thanks to other tourists. You can hear honking, but it stops late at night, so by the time you’re in bed it’s not so much an issue.

Room was well designed. Having a washing machine was a big help. Great location with heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby but not too busy. The staff were wonderful, especially Xuan, who is so friendly she puts a smile on our faces.

Everything about this place is awesome! The view was absolutely stunning, the room itself immaculate. Had plenty of kitchen supplies and a washing machine with detergent. The staff particularly Thu was so lovely and helpful. Would absolutely stay again, we didn't really want to leave!

Everything is perfect 👍👍. The room as it’s shown in the picture. Complete facilities ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The washing machine was really helpful, so I can get home with all my clothes clean 🙂. The location is also great! Walking distance to dragon bridge and Son Tra Night Market. All the staffs are very kind. The hospitality they deliver is great! Especially Thu, she contacted me a day before I checked in to make sure she would provide everything I need when I’m in Da Nang. And it’s proven! She is so quick response and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Da Nang. And if I ever got a chance to comeback, I would pick this place again to stay! Thank you Shi House for making me comfortable during my trip in Da Nang! Wishing you more successful in the future!! 🤗

Staff is really welcoming and friendly. If you report any issues, they are taking action the same day. The studio was well equipped, clean and spacious - exactly as presented on the photos. There were large sliding windows. There is in-room washing machine with detergent provided.

Modern, comfortable apartment with a washing machine and a functional kitchen with all the basics. Great to be able to make a coffee or a drink (ice in the freezer.. big tick for that! 🤗). Huge comfy bed. Best sleeps....Comfortable armchairs to relax in. Balcony to dry clothes. Great staff...all spoke good English. Place was secure and professionally run. Located 1 block from the river. About 10 mins walk to the Dragon Bridge, night market. Lots of food and coffee options in the neighbourhood .

It was only 1 tiny bin in the bathroom. Maybe have 1 more bigger bin in the room would be nice. The curtain can not cover all window, so it was the light leaking in the morning. This area quite noisy and you can hear everything from the road.

The room is really beautiful and clean. The bathroom has a bath tub and the houseware is good quality. They provide big refrigerator and washing machine in the room. They also have a dryer but you have to inform the front if you want to use it(charge around 3000 VND). The breakfast is not included but there are coffee shop, convenience store, and restaurant around the hotel. The staffs were so nice and really helpful.

Everything was amazing! Beautiful room with a kitchen, fridge and washing machine ! Bathroom was amazing with a lovely big deep bath. We had a balcony in our room looking over the street. A huge amount of storage within room. Staff were so lovely and helpful, helping us to book taxi to for a day trip to hoi an and da Nang. A good walk to beach but lots to see and look at on the way.

I booked 3 rooms in SHI HOUSE : beautiful, clean, tidy, modern and big enough for 2 people in each room. It is near from supermarket, sports playground, the dragon bridge and the night market by walk. Staff is really nice too ;) We recommend this hotel during your stay +++

Everything The location is fantastic, close to Dragon Bridge, great foods, and 8 minutes away from the beach. The service is excellent, they helped me arranging motorcycle rent and tour to Ba Na Hills with better pricing compared to Klook! I have a very enjoyable experience visiting Shi House, they certainly deliver such high standards, kudos to them
