Unfortunately conditoner on Studia was not work correctly. Administrator change room, but on that room there was no kitchen facility.

Location is 200 м from the beach. Room is suitable and clean. No bugs. Staff is frendly. A lot of cafe and shops around.

Horrible cigarette smell on our floor and the rooms. The listing says you can pay with credit card, but that was not an option when I was there. I made them aware of this, but be prepared. They did accept USD dollars, though.

I booked the family room because it was the only room available and am glad I did. My friends booked a standard room and did not have a window. Usually that is not that big of a problem, but even though the hotel claims to be non smoking, there was a horrible cigarette smell in both of our rooms. Luckily I had a window that I could open to try and clear the air and some essential oil. Apart from that, my room was large and bright and nicely decorated. I had two beds and one was super squeaky, so it woke me every time I turned in my sleep. The second bed was much better. Location is good, in a small quiet alley, and super close to the beach. Staff did only speak very little English, but we managed :) They arranged a taxi to and from the airport for me. There is an elevator and a water refill station in the lobby. I got fresh towels and small water bottles daily from housekeeping and appreciated the little fridge to store some food. Overall, still a very good hotel for the price.

One thing I felt out of place was that there were no locks in the bathrooms. I'm not sure if it's common in this region/hotels but our group wasn't used to it.

The receptionist (Mr. Pen) at the hotel was very very helpful in taking care of our needs from exchanging currency to getting bookings done for scuba diving in Nha Trang on a short notice. Our group loved our stay in Nha Trang at Shoho very much! Thank you!

Everything was great, the hotel looks beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really helpful, they prolonged our stay without any problems, our room was not reserved, so we paid half the price to stay the daytime before our bus. Also they helped us to book the bus. The room itself was clean and I really liked its appearance. There was only a little window in the toilet, but for us it wasn't a problem.

This is value for money, the price is decent, the service is great! Actually I can’t find any bright disadvantages of this hotel.

What we really appreciated was Hoang’s hospitality and reliability. He is a great manager who is always open to any conversation and can find a solution in case of an issue. He’s so attentive to details and friendly positive vibes guy. Every time my girlfriend or me asked for help he helped us! The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, it’s close to the beach, cafes and some pool/billiard clubs (if you are into playing that might be an advantage to you). What’s more the area is quiet so you can peacefully chill and relax. While choosing the type of a room I’d definitely recommend you to choose some rooms like 201 cause they are really spacious. Meanwhile the advantage of small rooms is a tiny kitchen worktop where you could cook some meal or at least cut some fruits. But the disadvantage of that is ants which can come because of smell of food and more humid environment. I’d say that small rooms are great for those who don’t need any desk to work remotely but come just to chill on the beach or anywhere else and spend less time in the hotel room (imho) Another great thing is that we had 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of coffee each day when a cleaner came to the room, we did like it. P.S. if you find out that the weather isn’t going to be sunny and it’s pretty fresh outside you can always ask Hoang to switch a water boiler to have hot water while taking a shower because regularly the water is kept in big black reservoirs on the rooftop which means it’s heated by the sun.

The hotel can't control that there was a band practicing outside in the building nearby, they were playing instruments. Sometimes we'd hear karaoke from the window in the evening. there are some ants in the room. It's pretty common in nha trang everywhere because they come for food so you have to always put all the food in the fridge.

Just small details. The faucet looks unprofessional, and splashes outside. The reading lamps switch is not placed next to the bed. Soundproofing can use some improvement. The stairs are steep, so it's a bit uncomfortable if you want to go up the roof and see around.

The room is furnished to the brim - to the point i couldn't find a suitable place to place my suitcase. So it's a strong or weak point depending on your preference. They even have Apple branded toilet paper holder! The bathroom has glass wall and plastic blinds, so in theory it could be great for kinky couples...

Incredibly close to the beach! Staff were super helpful, wonderfully kind, and quick to address any questions we had. Room was very comfy with good aircon, hot water, and great bed.

Great choice, small cozy clean hotel. Photos correspond, cleaning every day. Guys, the most important thing is the staff. I ordered online delivery without knowing the language - they helped.
