We are family of 3 and staying Da Nang for 6days, so took 2 bed villa and it was the best decision. It’s located in not the most central of Da Nang but that makes it much better for family , and everything is close, walking distance anyway. In the morning Mama and baba wake up and walk to get yummy coffee, have a swim in their beautiful pool and chill out in the comfortable, friendly environment. We extended the stay here instead of going back to Ho Chi Minh. Had to move the room to VIP room because they didn’t have the family room available ( which was AU$150/night instead of $105🤷🏻‍♀️) OMG WHY We didn’t book VIP room from beginning 😭💖This is so comforting and beautiful and spacious. Don’t want to go out again ❣️ Anyway, all the staff are so attentive and very polite, friendly and absolutely amazing. I am definitely coming back here. THANK YOU 🙏

Our host Chloe and the staff gave us a warm welcome and from the moment we checked-in till check-out, we had a wonderful time and stay at Sanayen Villa & Residences. The rooms are in good state and clean. All the amenities you require are present and having a swimming pool was very nice to dive into after a hot day of sightseeing. Since it is a small boutique hotel, they'll close the gates after late hours and the security was good and friendly. Always greeted us with a big smile. The same for the staff who served us breakfast and cleaned up our room. I would definitely recommend any groups of 15-30 pax to book this whole Villa and have it for yourself. This was really the best option for our group and very good located near the beach (5min walk) and city center (5-10min car). At the same time, it's situated at a quiet area so not much noise from the clubs and so on. Our whole group loved it!! Only thing I received that we missed out during our stay at the villa: some prefer a clock or something to tell what time it is in the rooms. Because we just enjoyed and had so much fun at Sanayen Villa & Residences that we forget about the time many times hahaha!! But will definitely book them again when coming with a large group. The bathroom facilities seemed a little bit old. One thing was my own fault because I didnt do the math before. We requested late checkout and in the room there was a price list for late checkout. Extending time for 3-6h would be 50% of the day rate. In the end it was even more than a third of what we paid in total for 3 nights, meaning I paid for a whole day (night). It hit me when I thought about it on the way to the airport but then again, since I didnt check the math and paif without even blinking it was my own fault.

It was very clean and our room was very spacious. I think it is family owned so even the reception area seemed cozy like a family home and the staff were friendly and remember you well.

There was nothing that we were not happy with, perhaps the weather but that is not in any way the fault of the hotel.

Sanayen Villa & Residence in DaNang provided an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with genuine smiles and offering their assistance whenever needed. The serene ambiance of the safe and quiet street, even on lively Saturday nights, indicated a well-maintained noise curfew, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights. The charming Juliette balcony was a favorite spot, perfect for leisurely sipping coffee while admiring the surroundings. The rooms were a delightful blend of comfort and style, tastefully decorated and boasting remarkably comfortable beds. Each room was adorned with numerous thoughtful touches and aesthetics that enhanced our overall experience. We left thoroughly content :)

The location, and the Sanayen residences in perfect place. Very close to the beach and everything 5 to 10 minutes away by car. Staffs are very good, accommodative, speak good in English. I will be back to stay here again.

The booking said breakfast was included but it wasn’t, so we just ordered a grab and went out for breakfast.

The staff were wonderful - my young daughter loved them! The property itself is lovely - we loved our little balcony and especially the rooftop at sunset time for dinner. We would get take away and eat on the roof. Also loved the separate living room/bedroom spaces. Comfy beds and great shower! My daughter loved walking around the local streets and ordering juice from the little shops on the way. Short walk to the beach, but we would use grab and go a little bit further to a beach we loved.

The first night, the rooms had a damp musty smell which was quickly resolved the next day after informing front desk to perform a complete change of bedsheet and towels. The aircond in the master room needs overhaul service, it's not helping that we went during the heatwave.
