Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaA side note to the Housekeeping team, please maybe consider sleeping guests when noisily chatting and cleaning nearby rooms. The hotel is not quite finished, so complementary breakfast was served at a nearby hotel (2 min walk) - it was not good, but LSignature can't control that. The spa is not open yet either, which is a shame. But these are all small things, and I think it will be a really lovely hotel once it is finished. (it is already very good)
The is a 4 star hotel, perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance to St Joseph Cathedral, Hoàn Kiếm lake, cafes etc. The hotel is newly refurbished - and actually not quite finished as I write this review (March 2024) - the room was brand new, very clean with a comfortable bed, and really nice modern bathroom. We were kindly up graded to a suite, it was a very quiet retreat in contrast with the hustle and bustle of the busy streets! Very helpful and friendly staff at reception, lovely team.

Very central location but at the same time hotel is in a quiet street. Room was exceptionally clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Bed was not too firm. Bathroom has glass window into the room but curtain is available. Breakfast is outside in another hotel but just next door on the top floor and variety of choice. Hotel staff is super helpful and polite. Our breakfast box was arranged on early departure. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel knows how to do customer service. We were greeted at the door and sincerely welcomed to the hotel. We were offered a welcome drink and fruits, it was very lovely. The reception manager (I didn’t catch his name, but he was exceptional) sat us down and chatted with us and gave us advice about the area. Upon check-out, the manager gave us a lovely gift to say thank you for staying at the hotel. We appreciated this very much! We were also delighted to be upgraded to the Royal Suite - a fantastic room with a huge bathroom and lovely terrace-style window with balcony doors. The room had excellent facilities with a TV sporting all the latest streaming services! I particularly enjoyed that they set the TV to play ambient background noise on YouTube as we arrived into the room - a very clever touch!

United KingdomThe hotel was opening up their restaurant and so we had to go to another hotel 100 yards away. Not a big issue. But it explains why breakfast was not included at the time of booking. It was included and was absolutely fine.
The hotel is new, well located and the staff do everything they can do to look after you.

We loved it. The hotel itself was clean, modern and newly renovated (well, we assume it was) The staff were very friendly and hugely professional. We felt that we were among friends, forever smiling. The location was right in the middle of the old quarter, a haven of peace and luxury with all the craziness of the city on your doorstep.

AustraliaWe stayed few nights in this hotel and hospitality of the staff was excellent. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The hotel upgraded our room and it was a very comfortable and clean room. We had to leave the hotel to stay in another hotel as L'Signature was booked out. Then we were in a cruise and had to leave the bags there. The hotel offered to transfer our luggage to next hotel and the luggage was there in the next hotel when we arrived from the cruise. The hotel staff always serve you with a smile and this is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam so far. We booked Ha long bay cruise and Nihn Bihn tour from the hotel and Ms Nancy helped with that. She was always available if you have any questions. I'd recommend booking tours with them and you won't be disappointed.

PolandThe hotel restaurant is not open yet and breakfast is served in another hotel on the same street, less than 3 minutes away from L’Signature (and the staff walks you there the first time too).
The staff is extremely attentive, ready to help with anything, from booking a table at a restaurant to contacting tour company to ask about pick-up time. I thought other reviews are hyperbolic but it’s all true. When the spa facilities and the restaurant are officially open, this is going to be one of the best hotels in the old quarter.

PortugalI stayed 1 night in the hotel after needing to change last minute from another poor choice. It was perfect - the room was big, cozy and warm, spotlessly clean. It was a relaxing rest from the busy Hanoi. So cozy that it was hard to leave :) Staff was lovely and helped me accommodate despite very late arrival. They were also very helpful in letting me keep luggage the next day before my train. Also, there were lots of complimentary snacks and the lovely gift of Vietnamese coffee! I’d recommend to anyone looking for a space to sleep and relax with full comfort while visiting Hanoi!

SingaporeMost things were top notch. Please keep up the great service. The only negatives were that being a very new hotel, they had not yet finished the dining/breakfast room and the roof bar. Instead we were offered breakfast at their sister hotel about 50 meters away. That breakfast was good. Upon enquiring, we were told that the dining and the roof bar would be finished in the fairly near future, so I went up and checked the 12 floor. Dining room was almost completed and I was shown around the future skybar. Great view of the lake. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy a drink sitting around the pool and enjoying that view.

The location is great, in the old quarter and close to many of the main sights. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and when there was a slight problem, they quickly compensated for that in a very efficient way. I also appreciated the helpful tips that were provided and the un-solicited upgrade I received on the last day. All staff were very helpful, but I would in particular commend Justin for his very positive and service minded attitude.
