Only down side is there’s only one elevator and the lobby didn’t have AC. However the rooms were very clean with great working AC and amenities.

Great location with nearby massage spots and spa. Gift shops, convenient store, and food vendors right outside the hotel.

L'Signature hotel is located in the heart of Ha Noi. The room is nicely decorated, clean & comfortable. Staff is very attentive to our needs & requests. They literally got us tickets to the water puppet show at the last minute. We highly recommend them!

Absolutely AMAZING staff and service! They were so accommodating from start to finish and made us feel like we weren’t just a number. Nestled in a very central location but in a quiet area. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Everything was fantastic! The location is incredible and the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The best part however, was the staff! They were so welcoming and accommodating and even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival. 10/10 would stay here again!

Justin the reception staff was very nice and attentive during our stay. Very helpful with organising tickets and transport. Cleaning staff were very kind and attended to our room daily even folding our clothes for us.

I normally dont write reviews, but during our trip to Vietnam we stayed in 4 different hotels, but this hotel was by far the best and friendliest. I would recommend it to anyone who wants great, clean rooms and a team that fulfills every wish. Really outstanding

More storage in the room would have been helpful, as well as more coat hangers.

Staff - Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. They knew everything about our booking and organised all transfers and storage of our luggage to perfection. We were greeted with the most amazing smiles and warm welcome each and every time we popped back to the hotel. The rooms were clean, the shower lovely and we were surprised at how quiet the rooms were at night, we slept so well!

The location is superb not very crowded and nearby lot of restaurants, shops and coffee spots. The room is nicely furnished and clean, the staffs are very kind and very helpful. Next time i will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the heart of Old Hanoi. It is newly refurbished so feels fresh. Our room on the fourth floor was remarkably quiet although it faced the street and had big windows with a balcony. The bed was super comfortable! The service is exceptional and we must mention Justin particularly who is warm and professional and did so many extras for us that made our stay feel very special, exactly how you like to feel! After walking around Hanoi for two days and looking at other hotels, we realized how lucky we were to have booked this one. We would definitely return and very much do recommend this hotel.

A side note to the Housekeeping team, please maybe consider sleeping guests when noisily chatting and cleaning nearby rooms. The hotel is not quite finished, so complementary breakfast was served at a nearby hotel (2 min walk) - it was not good, but LSignature can't control that. The spa is not open yet either, which is a shame. But these are all small things, and I think it will be a really lovely hotel once it is finished. (it is already very good)

The is a 4 star hotel, perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance to St Joseph Cathedral, Hoàn Kiếm lake, cafes etc. The hotel is newly refurbished - and actually not quite finished as I write this review (March 2024) - the room was brand new, very clean with a comfortable bed, and really nice modern bathroom. We were kindly up graded to a suite, it was a very quiet retreat in contrast with the hustle and bustle of the busy streets! Very helpful and friendly staff at reception, lovely team.

Breakfast place inside the hotel but it is on the way to be built :)

Very central location but at the same time hotel is in a quiet street. Room was exceptionally clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Bed was not too firm. Bathroom has glass window into the room but curtain is available. Breakfast is outside in another hotel but just next door on the top floor and variety of choice. Hotel staff is super helpful and polite. Our breakfast box was arranged on early departure. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel knows how to do customer service. We were greeted at the door and sincerely welcomed to the hotel. We were offered a welcome drink and fruits, it was very lovely. The reception manager (I didn’t catch his name, but he was exceptional) sat us down and chatted with us and gave us advice about the area. Upon check-out, the manager gave us a lovely gift to say thank you for staying at the hotel. We appreciated this very much! We were also delighted to be upgraded to the Royal Suite - a fantastic room with a huge bathroom and lovely terrace-style window with balcony doors. The room had excellent facilities with a TV sporting all the latest streaming services! I particularly enjoyed that they set the TV to play ambient background noise on YouTube as we arrived into the room - a very clever touch!

The roof terrace is not yet available and we had to go to a neighbouring hotel for breakfast which wasn’t a problem but it will be live when breakfast is available in the signature

The hotel was opening up their restaurant and so we had to go to another hotel 100 yards away. Not a big issue. But it explains why breakfast was not included at the time of booking. It was included and was absolutely fine.

The hotel is new, well located and the staff do everything they can do to look after you.

Nothing at all. Some of the facilities hadn’t been completed but they will be very shortly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We loved it. The hotel itself was clean, modern and newly renovated (well, we assume it was) The staff were very friendly and hugely professional. We felt that we were among friends, forever smiling. The location was right in the middle of the old quarter, a haven of peace and luxury with all the craziness of the city on your doorstep.

We stayed few nights in this hotel and hospitality of the staff was excellent. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The hotel upgraded our room and it was a very comfortable and clean room. We had to leave the hotel to stay in another hotel as L'Signature was booked out. Then we were in a cruise and had to leave the bags there. The hotel offered to transfer our luggage to next hotel and the luggage was there in the next hotel when we arrived from the cruise. The hotel staff always serve you with a smile and this is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam so far. We booked Ha long bay cruise and Nihn Bihn tour from the hotel and Ms Nancy helped with that. She was always available if you have any questions. I'd recommend booking tours with them and you won't be disappointed.
