NetherlandsI didn't like the day boat concept on day 2. Being dropped off on to a different small boat that is of high standard so that the big boat can pick up new groups isn't what I expected.. It's not what I payed so much for because boats like that you can get for 20 dollars. I also would not recommend this to solo travellers. It's a real couple thing.
Staff was friendly, Lily was amazing, Andy was awesome, Tom was great. The masseuse was excellent and funny. Food was delicious.

Really nice cruise along Bai Tu Long Bay. We really enjoyed that this part of the bay is more quiet and tranquil than the crowded Ha Long Bay. Magnificent views and fun activities! The boat is clean and the room very spacious and comfortable Our guide Mr Morning was super friendly, attentive and spoke excellent English (which is something not that common in Vietnam). He really took good care of us! Thank you. I think this kind of cruise is a must do when visiting Vietnam. Absolutely worth it.

United KingdomWonderful host Tom Cruise gave us an excellent introduction to Ha Long Bay. We packed in a lot considering the short duration of the cruise. Cabin was incredible with an enormous balcony. The food was delicious and of a very high standard. Pick up and transfer was seamless. This break was one of the highlights of our holiday.

It was a beautiful clean boat, rooms were lush with great a/c. The staff were really friendly and talented - especially Tom Cruise. A man of many talents indeed! Kelvin also provided a friendly face around the boat. The food was excellent. All in all 10/10 stay!

The staff were super friendly and attentive. Our cruise manager Hannah was great in any way. She was always there to keep us informed, very sweet with the kids and they loved her. Also the other staff was always very friendly and especially for me as a vegetarian they cared a lot so I was never hungry. For the kids they always prepared something extra which was wonderful. What we also liked was that the boat is not so big so it felt like a super private tour.

An absolutely incredible cruise. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and safe. The cabins were very large with a jacuzzi bath which was just incredible. Food was delicious, drinks reasonably priced. The activities were also incredible including kayaking and hikes. I honestly can’t thank the staff: Morning, Andy and the rest of the team for their wonderful hospitality!

United KingdomNothing about the cruise could be described as bad. One minor issue was that there was no minibar or fridge in our cabin, however the crew were accommodating and brought drinks to our cabin. There was a little confusion during check out as we thought we could stay in our cabin until we disembarked, which was apparently not the case. On the whole though, we would totally recommend this cruise!
This cruise is one of the few which explores Bai Tu Long Bay - a part of Ha Long Bay which is equally beautiful but much less crowded than Ha Long Bay itself. Our room, upgraded to a suite, was superb - we had a huge and totally private deck, a small jacuzzi in our bathroom, and a wonderfully comfy bed! Our cruise manager Tom Cruise (!) was friendly and very organised, which helped us enjoy our trip. Bar prices were reasonable - especially during happy hour - and a good range of cocktails were available and were served to our cabin at our request.
