There was construction work in the street in front of the hotel. It wasn't very noisy, but you need to walk over an unfinished street to get to the main street. It should be temporary, in a couple weeks it might not be there anymore.

Nice place to stay in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff tries to help you whenever they can. The breakfast was ok, nothing too fantastic. Overall, great place to stay.

at one stage there was drainage work outside which was noisy at night ...but that is most likely finished now and was not the fault of the hotel..(they even gave us a small discount) Rather than go through multi small bottles of water ,we would prefer to fill our own container from a large water bottle to save plastic waste.

we stayed the year before and liked it. The price has gone up ,which I guess is understandable......The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice and helpful....The rooms were big and comfortable---It is located down an alley which makes it quiet and interesting with the morning market sellers.....we would certainly come again

The walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbours it’s gets a bit noisy.

Nothing - it was perfect for me.

The location was perfect. The rooms were quiet and the staff were so helpful. I felt immediately relaxed when I arrived after travelling. They helped me organise my tours here and provided a great price. They organised airport pickup for me and the driver was waiting as I arrived. Super punctual and efficient. The staff were also very kind when I needed urgent laundry doing last minute. The bed was super comfy and I loved the walking distance to everything. I wish I didn’t have to leave - it felt like home here. Thank you for everything!

The only downside I could see is that the guys that work there, don't speak English or French and the communication is a bit heavy. But that's totally fine for us..

The place is on a small street in the old quarter, just 7-8 minutes from the city center. It is clean, the room is enough for 2 people and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and you could choose from eggs, Pho soup, sandwich and pancakes. There is a supermarket on the big street and some good street food places around. Worth the money!

If you are being picked up for an airport transfer etc it can be difficult to know where you will be picked up i.e. which end of the alley as there is no vehicle access to the front of the hotel. Just be clear about your pick up point!

A clean hotel in an excellent location near Hoan Kiem Lake. Loved being in a narrow alley which is bustling with street stalls in the morning. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are more spacious than many in Hanoi (and we have seen many hotels in the city) and the bed was very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful and shower pressure was okay. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was freshly cooked to order.

High quality facilities, perfect to come back to after a day on the busy streets of Hanoi. Comfy bed, mini fridge in the room, double glass (so no noise) yet in the middle of a very cute local street with daily market and in the middle of the old quarter. All you need is within walking distance.

The breakfast is very nice, fresh and many options. I love having fresh fruit, good coffee and eggs. The staff was amazing in reception, so so helpful and friendly ❤️ What I like also is the location, in the very heart but a calm street of local people selling fruits and vegetables. I will repeat when I go back to Hanoi. Thank you

Very nice place to stay in Hanoi city center. The hotel is located in a tiny street where cars can’t go so it is very quiet at night plus there are double windows so you don’t hear noise. The room was clean, mattress was good. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. There is a laundry service as well as a taxi one.
