We had to walk up stairs to get to our room. The bathroom was an all in one room so everything got wet when u had a shower. No window that you could see out of.

The Staff were fantastic - extremely helpful. Breakfast was reasonably good, however it was not held in the same building. Beds were comfortable.

Staff went above and beyond. Organised our airport transfer and the driver was fantastic, our trip to Ninh Binh was also organised through there hotel and the day was brilliant, tour guide was brilliant and full of interesting information ans facts.

Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have a complete control on his team and manage things in no time. You order anything from room and you will get it in next 5 - 15 mins. They take care of the minutest details like serving instruments for each type of cuisine. Cutlery is world class, service is excellent. Rooms are good in the kind of prices you are paying It’s near by all your needed such as restaurants and souvenir shops.

The level of courtesy received from the staff was just super! Gem and Mei at the front desk were always prepared to help us with any requests. The room was also very spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows. Nice and hot shower

The staff is amazing! A big 5 stars to the customer service!! Lovely, smiley, very caring and helpful with anything and everything: your luggage, place to eat authentic good food, breakfast if you leave early. They are super sweet and have a great attention to detail. The room was spacious and clean, nothing to complain about! The hotel is located perfectly to access shops, restaurants and to be picked up for a tour.

The room was a little noisy but that is expected when staying in the Old Quarter as it is so lively.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The lady which is in reception too help full , will plan for your total days which been in Hanoi . This can be subjective but the pillows seemed uncomfortable for me – too soft. Also if you have noisy neighbors the soundproofing may seem poor.

The hotel has excellent location, tasty and substantial breakfast. Special thanks to the staff – wonderful people who were helpful at any time.

This is a perfect hotel for a stay in Hanoi. It’s full of character, and is just what you’re looking for to immerse yourself in Hanoi life. Really central location, most places are very walkable, and there’s even a great place for Bún chả at the top of the road! Special shout-out to the staff who went above and beyond to organise transfers to and from the airport / to and from other hotels for us. You’re in good hands with them! We even rebooked this hotel when we came back to Hanoi after travelling to the south :)

The aircond needs a while to become cold, but overall was ok. Maybe it's bcoz the weather was also very warm at that time.

Perfect location especially if you are in Hanoi for the 1st time on leisure, staff very helpful to arrange for transportation (airport taxi, sleeper bus). I'm glad I took the King deluxe room on the 5th floor that was clean, spacious and has wide window view of the street.
