I loved the location. Right in the middle of the he old quarter. Breakfast was included at a different hotel and only a short walk away from the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They even helped us organise a tour to Ha Long bay.

The room i booked had a huge window which got direct afternoon sun, making it very hot when we returned to the room after a warm day outside.

Convenient location with extremely friendly and helpful staff and quiet room. When we told them our room was extremely hot from the afternoon sun (which made it uncomfortable to go back to the room after a day out), the staff provided us with a spare electricity card so we could keep the room cool while we were out all day. The included breakfast was yummy and served promptly (great when you have a morning tour to catch). They also provided luggage storage upon request. Overall a comfortable stay :)

The room is spacious. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. We went to halong Bay the next day and came back transit at the lobby, and the staff allowed us to keep the luggage at the lobby and shower before our trip to sapa at night. Really appreciate the hospitality. 10star!

We upgraded to the larger room for a 5-night stay, there was plenty of space for cases and a desk if required. The staff were very helpful, with tours and local information. The Hotel location was in a good location if you want to experience the scooter chaos of Hanoi. We felt very safe walking around the area.

We had to walk up stairs to get to our room. The bathroom was an all in one room so everything got wet when u had a shower. No window that you could see out of.

The Staff were fantastic - extremely helpful. Breakfast was reasonably good, however it was not held in the same building. Beds were comfortable.

Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have a complete control on his team and manage things in no time. You order anything from room and you will get it in next 5 - 15 mins. They take care of the minutest details like serving instruments for each type of cuisine. Cutlery is world class, service is excellent. Rooms are good in the kind of prices you are paying It’s near by all your needed such as restaurants and souvenir shops.

The staff is amazing! A big 5 stars to the customer service!! Lovely, smiley, very caring and helpful with anything and everything: your luggage, place to eat authentic good food, breakfast if you leave early. They are super sweet and have a great attention to detail. The room was spacious and clean, nothing to complain about! The hotel is located perfectly to access shops, restaurants and to be picked up for a tour.

The room was a little noisy but that is expected when staying in the Old Quarter as it is so lively.
