We had the afternoon tea and to be honest I personally couldn't even eat it! And the pool area could have done with a bit of cleaning.

It's a nice hotel in nice location walking distance to everything. The interior is impressive and our room was nice and clean good size.

The rooms are not super sound proof. We were woken at 3am but people arriving next door who were very loud.

Beautiful hotel, staff were excellent and accommodating. Pool is beautiful and dining area very well presented. They bring evening chocolates and a note at night which was a lovely touch. Also all drinks in mini bar were complimentary which was an added bonus.

The soundproofing of the windows facing the (very busy) street below was good. However, the hallway was very noisy and the room door extremely thin. We could hear people walking and talking in the hallway all night.

Honestly this was our best accomodation in Vietnam, no complaints.

It was even cooler than the pictures. Very clean and very fancy.

Initially we were upgraded to a different room type upon arrival however the room wasn't renovated & it was not displayed on Booking.com. My friend's room ended up having the AC unit leaking at midnight. We then requested a change of rooms as the rooms we were offered were not what we had booked. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly to offer us another set of rooms which were beautiful, spacious & quiet. What was originally an issue was easily solved with their wonderful customer service. Was very happy with their fast support.

Beautiful hotel with many enchanting architectural details in the lobby, common areas & rooms. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious and quiet - even though the hotel is on a busy intersection you cannot hear any traffic. The breakfast is a buffet setup with an omelette station & a la carte menu if you prefer other food options. The staff greet you & offer coffee as soon as you sit down. They offered both Vietnamese breakfast & Western breakfast options. Delicious food, good range & quality. Additionally the hotel offer afternoon tea with a range of sweets, waffles, savoury snacks & drinks. Relaxing experience as there are musicians playing violins during afternoon tea. Other amenities of the hotel include a rooftop pool & cafe on the ground floor. They offer a turn down service with a chocolate on your pillow too which was a wonderful touch. Would recommend & I would love to stay again!

Dinner was ok- we were experiencing amazing food as breakfast and afternoon tea was great. Didn't like the shower over bath. Also flooded the bathroom Very very noisy neighbours. Our room was between a very large family holiday ...

A wonderful hotel! The design was modern and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean and bright. The facilities, including the jacuzzi and steam room were a great addition. We were even allowed to use the facilities whilst awaiting our room to be ready! By far the best part of this hotel was the wonderful staff, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness and a smile. The staff were so helpful, taking our bags to our room and helping us into taxis. Would 100% recommend.

Best location in Saigon! Best service! Rooms are charming, great pool on roof and a lovely two o'clock free tea with goodies each day. Highly recommended by us!
