Staff were exceptional. From food and beverage manager and staff to reception staff. Great location and value. We took a couple of day tours with Thomas from the your company that the hotel recommended which were extraordinary and really gave us a glimpse of real life in Vietnam. Thomas was so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

As others have said, the rooftop pool is small, and only has loungers for 8-10 guests. We were lucky enough one day to snag some but other days, were not able to fit

Lovely modern hotel, right across the road from the Ben Thanh market. The location was key here - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in district 1. Staff were so friendly and helpful, they were able to book day trips for us.

The gym is limited, the rooms would benefit from black out blinds and our large double had a shower over the bath which is not ideal as the water could spash everywhere. The twin room did not have this problem.

We loved the location right next to the indoor market, the staff, all the food, the beds, the welcome fruit platter and hand-written welcome message was a lovely touch. Loved the quirky design, novel.

If you stay here you have nothing to complain about. You will experience wonderful hospitality and high quality.

This is a fantastic hotel as we don't like big business hotels. From the very personal check-in procedure where you are offered a cold drink, some small snacks, a napkin to clean your hands. To the pool facility which was such a relief after a long international flight. The restaurant prepares fantastic meals, the roof top bar brings you the calmness you might need after an evening in the city. We loved the very distinct and wonderful architecture and appreciated the amazing and kind personnel. People should treat the all with more respect! The breafast was suberb. Great variety to choose from also if you don't fancy a hot meal. We stayed here 3 days and returned after 2 weeks to add an extra night. This is when we stayed at the hotel and had an amazing 3-course dinner with great drinks and fantastic wines. We strongly recommend it!

First stay of a three week trip, arrived late after a long flight and was met by friendly and helpful staff. Room was pleasant, only ate one breakfast in the restaurant but was a varied selection. Rooftop pool was nice to use in the afternoons after wandering about the city. Good central location!

Amazing hotel with incredible design, I recommend the signature rooms for a unique experience! The staff is also super helpful and friendly, we had a late flight and they let us use their facilities and kept our luggage until late the day of check out. Also, the restaurant and the pool are great!

Soundproofing was less effective within the property itself — could hear a lot from my neighbours across the hall, who were quite a noisy family. Could also typically hear noises in the hallway.

Really fun architecture to live in, effective window soundproofing for the noisy intersections outside, staff were very attentive to cleaning. Stayed in the square suite and really loved the window that directed natural light into the workspace, as well as how the bathroom/vanity area was designed to be spacious. Great location if you want to walk to the tourist spots around the city.

Our bathroom had a shower over the bath and the water went everywhere. Also, the water temp would suddenly become burning hot. Fitness centre is limited, although views over the city in 3 directions, good air-con and bathroom. Ideally, it could do with more free weights and a second bench. Just had 2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25kg.

The beds are very comfy, very clean and extremely helpful staff. Restaurant food was excellent.

When we went to bed, we couldn't get to sleep as there was some terrible noise above us. (We guessed watering pants maybe) very noisy. Didn't go on too long, but we had to be up in a few hours to catch a flight.

We didn't manage to have our afternoon tea set, which was included in our room rate because it was only served from 2-3pm daily at L12. We arrived around 4pm on Day 1, Day 2 we were out the whole day and Day 3 check out was at 12pm, so there was no chance for us to enjoy the afternoon tea. It would be better if the staff could arrange it at anytime of the day when requested. Buffet breakfast area was slightly small (given that it is a smaller scale hotel) but selection was decent The pillow for me was too soft without much neck support but my partner likes it (it's more of a personal preference lol)

Location is great, just located beside Ben Thanh market (grab is so cheap and convenient there, it doesn't really matter anyway if you are visiting anywhere further) Beautiful interior design!!! Rooms were clean and well maintained Staff were proactive, friendly and helpful (we were only there for 3d so we didn't need any tours arrangements, but they coulld help you with it) Cute small pool that we didn't utilise because it was slightly overcrowded Basic gym facilities to burn some calories after eating all the good food in HCMC Located right beside Yuju spa (which btw their VIP massage is fantastic!) There is a small Circle K just right around the corner about 3 mins walk away Their hand soap and body wash smells heavenly!!

They upgraded us to a bigger which was nice but the view from the window was nothing great.

We loved the location. Very central. The service was good. Ha helped us to checkin and ask gave us directions to different places. We loved the food in their coffee shop. The bed and the pillow was comfortable. The bathroom was nice.
