Shower was not connected up so could only use the bath. They provided drinking water in the room which we presumed was free as it was provided each day and all the hotels we have stayed in Aisa have been complentary but we was charge on check out. Note there is a shop at the end of the street that charge half the price for water. House keeping was to early for us. Would knock from 9am despite having do not disturb on room.

Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Nice modern room with storage. Have TV with some English channels, bath, fridge and kettle. Nice sized swimming pool and gym with enough equipment for work out.

On checkout the front desk man said that we took a pair of sandals and broke a glass, neither of which we did. It was unsettling.

Very clean room. Cute pool. Front desk staff a bit cold, requested us to leave a review on google and then needed a photo of it. It was a bit pushy.

No cushions on pool sun lounges which made them uncomfortable, communication between reception and house cleaning, we paid for a late checkout until 6pm and housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am

Room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke at times - I think it came through the AC. The whole building probably had its peak in the 90s and needs a bit of maintenance, but it’s fine overall. Especially for the money.

Few little things in the room couldve been better. Light on bed was broken, plug was broken, bath needed a glass part of it so we could use shower without soaking and flooding the room, couldnt use tap in bath as the switch was broken so had to use the shower. Tv also wasnt working.

Staff on the front desk were very helpful and even organised a boat trip for us when it just enquired about how to find somewhere to book. Pool area is good with excellent view of mountains and room is comfortable.

During checkout I had to run to the atm to pay cash for my stay at 4am because eftpos was down. Luckily not late for my flight, but I did have to waste additional money paying for atm withdrawal.

No control over the aircon in the gym so we had to ask for it to be turned on every morning. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned again after we arrived as the linen and bathmat looked like they hadn’t been changed, was sorted quickly after we asked.

Great location to access the beach. The gym is useable for a basic cardio or strength workout. The room was OK and beds were comfortable.

The pool area was a little lacking, as nearly all of the chairs were broken, and there was no mattress/cushion on any of them.

Generally pleasant stay - few small recommendations which would’ve greatly added to our experience: Breakfast was poor - nasty coffee, would’ve appreciated some basic breakfast cereals, fresh milk or pastries. Only breakfast option that presumably was catered towards westerners was spaghetti bolognese - an interesting choice for 7am. Gym’s aircon wasn’t working and no fans - was a 40 degree hotbox. Bath/Shower doesn’t have a shower curtain so bathroom is flooded every time you have a shower - dries quickly given heat and there is a drain on bathroom floor but cheap fix would improve stay

Good location, just set back from beachfront - 15 minute walk to central nha Trang but only 5 minutes from beach. Nice clean and modern room with good aircon. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great views from small pool area on roof.

breakfast time mentioned 6 am - 9 am. but even at 6.30 breakfast is not ready. i ask for late check out. but receptionist, mentioned hotel fully booked on sunday. but i can see rooms available on booking.com. same receptionist miss guide us in place to visit. Recommended Vinpearl Island. Its good to visit after 3-4pm only. as per receptionist recommendation, i went by noon and wasted time over there.

The AC in the fitness centre did not work so it made it really difficult to work out (was very humid). The WiFi was quite slow.

Hotel is such good value for money! It is super clean. Bedrooms are made up everyday, with fresh towels provided. Tv works will good channels. Hotel is in a great location, down a little side street so you don’t get any noise, but you are right next to the main strip on the beach front full of shops and restaurants. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast but the restaurant looked great. The pool was clean with an amazing view of city and sea!
