United KingdomThe only small issue I noticed is when using the bath the water splashes on the side and wets the floor. Extending the taps forward slightly would resolve this.
From the moment we stepped through the door the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is down a small street but it has everything at hand. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach. The food at the hotel was delicious. I can't fault anything about our stay. I'll certainly be booking again ☺️

AustraliaThe breakfast buffet was slightly disappointing but there’s so many places around that if you aren’t happy with it you can just go somewhere else.
The staff were so lovely and we even got greeted with a ‘g’day mate’ after informing them we were Australian ahahaha. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect! There was an insane discount on the spa experiences so I decided to book the Harmony of Energy package and it didn’t disappoint! It was honestly the best massage I’ve never had. I did wake up slightly sore but was worth it for the amazing nights sleep I had.

United StatesMy only complaint was the noise from the nearby bars. Even on the 11th floor, you could hear the loud music. Not a huge issue for me, but something to consider if you’re a sensitive sleeper (although ear plugs are provided).
Easy location in An Thuong, few minutes to the beach. Spacious and comfortable room with large TV, bathtub, mini fridge. You can tell it’s been updated recently and maintained well. Staff was super attentive, and the rooftop deck was great with a staffed bar and small pool,

Wow what a luxurious room and stay at the hotel! We really enjoyed our stay, location was great with lots of bars and restaurants and the beach was just over the road! The room was really well equipped and there was free water & coffee daily. Nice shower room with free toiletries and lots of room in the apartment. Breakfast was also included which was nice but mostly international dishes but they did have an egg station and toast & cereal which was good for us Westerners who dont fancy meat dishes for breakfast haha! The staff were very friendly and helpful and always held the doors, greeted you, and remembered you! They also asked your plans for each day at breakfast and could offer advice which was really useful! Would absolutely stay here again if in the area!

AustraliaThere were some small issues with cleanliness and attention to detail of the facilities - I personally did not think this affected my stay, but small things like mould spots in the bathroom grout and shower curtain may put other travellers off.
Very good value for the price, the staff were very friendly and attentive. A special mention goes to Richard, the manager of the Sky Bar, who was very happy to talk and make friends, and ended up giving me many good recommendations of things to see and do in Da Nang as well as safe street food to try. The Sky Bar itself was very well run and had a nice atmosphere. Convenient and cost effective scooter rental directly from the hotel was very handy, and I felt very comfortable staying here.

Hong KongLittle dated but not bad… especially not for the price. Slightly hard to drain water in shower but water was hot and had strong flow - so minimal issue. Some noise from outside but not too bad for us.
Great location- near to everything & yet quite chilled in day (evening more lively) hotel arranged great motorbike hire and it was ready and waiting. There’s free parking in front & under hotel parking. Pool was great addition & free breakfast is always bonus- not much for vegans but fruit was tasty. (Eggs n pho to order) Staff very helpful.
