The room was spacious and clean. But the unique selling point of this hotel is its receptions team. They went above and beyond what we could’ve imagined and what we’re used to and they truly made our stay the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Lovely boutique hotel located centrally to the best of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Incredibly attentive staff that genuinely cares about your experience. Excellent concierge services and great breakfast. This was our second visit to Solaria and it definitely will not be our last. They make everyone feel as if they are the most important guest.

It is only one block away from the lake where there are lots of restaurantss and many cultural things going on around the lake. They close a number of streets down in the weekends at night so children can also walk around and play. We will always stay at this hotel when we are in Hanoi

Amazing hotel! Richie and Henry made our stay! Clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast in a superb location right near the lake. Recommend staying on the 7th floor instead of the 8th floor to avoid hearing footsteps from the restaurant.

Maybe one point. They can make the rooms a bit more subtle. It felt like there are too much furniture in the room. Even though it is a really nice hotel it was the most expensive one we had in Vietnam.

The location is perfect. Really close to the district 1 but not very loud, so you can get a nice sleep after a long day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They always smile and have a small talk with you and ask about your day your plans. Breakfast was satisfactory.

The only complaint I have and it's a very small thing is that It's an older building, so there was no AC in the hallways/elevators.

The staff was amazing. We were regularly greeted by name as if we were regulars. Everyone seemed to bend over backward to welcome us into their facility and make the stay fantastic.

All the staff has been very nice , friendly and supportive . We definitely had the Asian hospitality in one place . They help us organize some trips nearby Hanoi ( Halong Bay& Ninh Binh) for a very great value for money. The services were really a 5 star experience , from de transfer which was private , to the guide who was so funny and well informed . They have a very good Vietnamese restaurant , Mia’s at the ground level .

Loved our stay at the Solaria ! The staff is the most friendly and helpful staff. Ryan helped us organize our fabulous trip to Nin Binh and the Jeep tour around Hanoi. Both were fantastic ! The hotel’s adjacent Vietnamese restaurant is excellent and we had one of our best meals there. The breakfast at the rooftop was superb too. The room was spacious and the facilities and spa beautifully appointed ! We will be back!

Fantastic location in Hanoi We were with a group of family’s and loved the rooftop bar and the basement restaurant. The food in the restaurant was absolutely Devine. Staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were amazing and went above and beyond with regards to their service. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. So close to the markets and shops. Our 15 year old daughters felt safe walking around.
