Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was very close to many attractions and on the border of old town Hanoi. The staff were super-helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend. Breakfasts were very good and delicious - definitely a bonus as I didn't want to bother with lunch. Plenty of water in the room too. There was a pool on the roof which I didn't use as the weather was foggy. I loved Hanoi and booked two tours, one to Ha Long Bay and the other to Ninh Binh.

United KingdomThe location is superb, right on the edge of the old quarter. We had a tremendous room on the 9th floor with a balcony and view over the old quarter. The room was spotlessly clean with a really comfortable bed and Netflix on the tv. It was serviced daily. There is a nice pool on the roof(10th floor) and a bar area with incredible views. It felt more like a 5-star hotel rather than 4-star. Breakfast was a superb selection of local and European gold and cold food, pastries and fruit. The staff were superb. Not only did Jenny organize a brilliant trip to Ha Long Bay for us but on reception they were always ready to help and always happy to listen to what we had been up to. We didn’t see any other hotel so nice and so close to the centre. The big chains were all in West Lake but that is taxi territory and pretty soulless.

United KingdomWe stayed at the property twice either side of a trip to Halong Bay. The first room was very nice and could not fault. The second room we had was a little warn. In particular the bathroom. The shower and and flooring.
It was very well located in the part of the city close but not too close to tourist attractions and old quarter. We felt very safe. Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, as well as the rooftop and pool.

United StatesHonestly, there wasn't anything that we didn't like. We felt the hotel was very comfortable, clean, and easy. Maybe the only thing we had trouble at the beginning was navigating to the hotel but it was an easy find once we ask the locals where it was. Just a couple of blocks away where we were dropped off.
Jenny, Peter, Zoe, Tien, Leo were the main reason why I gave the hotel such high marks. They were able to make our stay very comfortable and easy by booking travels for us. I have never had such great hospitality ever. We felt like there were friends and felt very welcomed every time we entered the hotel. They booked our Bus to Ha Giang and booked our shuttles to the airport. They were all very honest which we appreciated and took care of us. I would 100% recommend and come back to this Hotel! They deserve a Raise!!

United StatesRoom was cozy - bed took up most of the floor space and room seemed much smaller than I expected based on the pictures. AC shut off in the middle of 2 of the nights so woke up sweating
Rooftop bar and pool have a great view of the city and old quarter. Nice place to relax in the evening before heading back out to explore the more of the city. Breakfast buffet had a nice offering of fresh fruits, hot and cold items, and made-to-order eggs.
