The hotel was located 10 minute walk to old town Hanoi, meaning there weren’t any noice coming fromt the Streets! The staff very very helpful with any questions, and prepared fresh breakfast for us every morning, from the hotel’s a la carte menu. The pool was incredible on the hot days during our stay!

The owner was very helpful at the check-in. She gave us a map and described the most touristy spots, best restaurants, and best tailors. The breakfast was really good. The room was really spacious and with AC. The location of the villa is really good, a 10 min walk from the Old Town. They also do laundry, though by hand-wash. At the end we asked help with taxi booking and they provided us with a taxi to Da Nang airport, which we payed at the check out. The price of the taxi was fair. Thank you so much for contributing to a relaxing stay free of problems. Highly suggest this villa!

The AC leaked occasionally.

This place was perfect for us. Lovely big breakfast every morning and a great pool. The staff were always friendly, offering to help us book things and giving us advice on pharmacies. The bed was so comfy which is rare for Vietnam and the shower was great too. It’s about a 10 min walk to the old town and you can rent bicycles from the hotel for 30,000 VND.

The place is very quiet and silencious, very different from the center of Hoi An. But at the same time is very the near from the center. The rooms are clean and have space, are not little. The breakfast is very good, has a little mix of typical fresh fruit, coffee and if you want some typical dishes from Vietnam o Hoi An. But THE BEST OF ALL IS THE PERSONAL, the woman who owns the place is so kind and friendly. She give to us all the information that we need and take care of us and our necessities in every moment. We love so much and hope to visit again this place! :)

Amazing stay, personnel were very helpful, especially when we needed breakfast before standard hours. It's very close to the old town (7 min by walk) and silent so you can get a good night's sleep. The apartment was very tidy.

Nothing at all really! There were quite a few mosquitoes being right next to the river and having such humid weather, so just make sure to pack repellent. Other than that, zero complaints!

Would 100% come back again. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, including giving lots of recommendations of things to do, places to eat in the town. Two of our favourite restaurants that we ate at were both recommended by the staff. Breakfast each morning was plentiful, a meal each plus a shared fruit plate between two. The pool area was clean and relaxing. We stayed in the studio apartment with balcony on the top floor, and we had a beautiful view out of the river. Only about a 15 minute walk across the bridge to get to old town. Also only about a 5 minute walk down to watch the Hoi A Memories show!!
