Was given a 2 queen room despite booking 1 king. There were some bugs and a lizard in the room due to the window being open, but we were able to have that taken care of.

Overall, a nice stay. Air conditioning worked very well, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We rented a motorbike from them for 150k/day. They have a water machine in the lobby to refill your bottles.

The mattresses were a bit old and not that stiff anymore but totally fine for a night.

The hotel was perfect for our brief one-night stay. We arrived in the evening and were leaving for a train early the next morning so we were choosing solely by price and distance from the train station. This hotel had a good location (not too far from the train station and nearby to some streetfood options) and was very cheap by European standards, so we just went for it (while not really having any expectations). But it was clean, had AC, good furniture, minibar and the personnel were helpful and kind, so it pleasantly surprised us and exceeded our expectations. :-)

We stayed in Dong Hoi just to be picked up to see paradise caves so didn’t spend much time there. The hotel was very comfortable and the reception was open 24/7 which is great for people like us who travel in with a night train/bus. No matter when you turn up or check out someone will be there! The receptionist was really nice, caring all the way through even until we ordered our grab he came out to make sure it was the right ride! No bells and whistles about the room or location, it does what it needs to do for an overnight stay.

The beds are amazing - coming from some days/ week of only hard beds we feel like on a cloud. The room is very spacious, as well the bathroom. The shower is great, all is clean. The location is very close to the train station (15 minutes walk) which was perfect for us. Winmart, a Café and some other food stalls are close by.

The property was perfect. We hadn’t initially planned to stop in Dong Hoi but due to transport had to and we had a lovely stay. The location was great- very close to the train station and the staff made our stay very comfortable. We hired a bike for the day with no problem and they were extremely helpful. We asked to have a shower after check in due to a late night train and they were extremely accommodating.

Very happy and helpful staff, lots of smiles. Super clean rooms that look recently refurbished. The owner, sunny gave me a lift to the bus station, I didn't need to ask. Great service.

Conveniently located near the train station: about 20 minutes walk. Staff was very friendly, arranged my trip to see Paradise Cave, an absolute must-see near Dong Hoi with hotel pick up. The room was spacious, the shower hot and the bed was so comfortable. Restaurants and a coffee café are nearby.

Close to bus and train station. The room is very clean, staff so friendly. We needed to stay one night in between transportation, but had a great time here. There is a really good new coffee place in front of the hotel (not The Ayatt). We only had difficulty finding a breakfast place, but we were here during Tet, when many places are closed.

Windows are a bit thin which means there’s a quite a lot of noise coming from outside. We were also there the day before new year so a lot of people were celebrating. It didn’t bother us but if you’re a very light sleeper keep this into consideration

The hotel is only 15 min by walk from the train station. Rooms are very nice and clean. Nice shower with good hot water. Very comfortable bed.
