Property was a tad pricey given the lack of personal touch points and basic facilities. Pool and gym were rather small.

Great location in the heart of Japan Town. Well located to great food and amenities nearby. Property was new, clean and modern.

The hotel is value for money. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and adequate for business travel. I could work comfortably as the free wifi was strong. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Breakfast was good too.

Swimming pool is too small but no one was swimming.

Brand new Japanese style hotel. Receptions are helpful and the room was very clean. Breakfast is kind of Japanese style. Overall, we do like it.

Room design is good. Shower and toilet are separated. Glass splash barrier separating shower and sink. Two beds. Free amenities: lotions, powder drinks, etc.

Very high level of cleanliness and service. Always three people at the reception, very helpful. Room not so big but with all the amenities and big shower! Quiet during the night and a small pool on the rooftop with a small gym. Great.

This was our first time travelling overseas without family and we found our stay at Sotetsu to be extremely comfortable, safe and welcoming. The rooms were extremely clean. The staff were friendly and made sure that we knew were we were going when our tour buses arrived. Location wise we were able to walk to and back safely as well.

The property is located at a street without much traffic and at the same time it is super convenient and walking distance to Nguyen hue walking street, saigon opera house etc. Staff was courteous and helpful with checking in and out and facilities were clean in the room!

When i requested for a bottle opener, there was no one to bring it up, so I have to go down to receptionist to pick up. But it was not a big deal

The toilet and shower were separate and the toilet was a bidet so it was very comfortable. The only downside was that the toilet does not have any hand washing facility.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is super clean. The bonus point is the breakfast if you love japanese dishes (miso soup, salades, grilled fishes, tofu, salmon,...); otherwise, there are also other choices like bread, croissants, vietnamese dishes, fruits, and fresh fruit juices. The restaurant also provides lunch and diner à la carte, with very affordable prices and authentic japanese cuisine from the japanese chef. When we checked out, the staff provided me with the red bill (on demand) and kept our luggage all day long until we had our flight. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The shower screen was too short (did not extend fully and no shower door) so water ended up splashing out when bathing.

I believe the hotel is newly opened so everything was really clean. There's even those automated bidet system in the bathroom. The room and bed size was spacious enough for 2 people and overall a very comfortable stay! At the reception area there are also amenities such as masks, good quality combs, and even sunscreen for us to take.

Only issue we had was taxi/Grab drivers weren't sure where to stop, as the hotel is so new. Had to direct them but not a big problem at all.

Incredibly clean hotel as expected, given it is newly opened. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Located on a good street and a short distance to major shopping centres in District 1.
