They take a cash security deposit, which is fine, it’s just not mentioned beforehand at all. The shower in the hall bathroom doesn’t drain quickly enough to keep it from flooding the bathroom some, and the shower head in the main bathroom sprays too wide, outside of the bath area.

It’s a great space with a washer/dryer in a location that’s removed from where most tourists stay, but still very close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed being here.

Clean and fresh, modern decor, well designed. Beds were big and comfortable. Washing machine was an added bonus. Everything was easy and well catered for. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us and our 18 year old. Great location near the temple of literature. Awesome communication!! Can’t thank the owners enough for all their support. Our flights into Hanoi kept getting delayed, and they couldn’t be more accommodating. It made us feel so safe with an 18 hour trip to get there!

Really friendly hosts, made sure I was as comfortable as possible as I was staying for a long time. Also gifted me a travel adaptor which was so useful. Around a 15 min walk to the Old Quarter but I liked this as it was a bit more quiet in the area. Lots of good food options around. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone!

Only real but minor issue was a lingering smell under the kitchen sink where the trash was temporarily kept....Not bad; but, there. Some sort of dehumidifier and/or deordorent tab might help. Also, one constructive suggestion I made to the Owner was to install a couple short grab rails along the bathtub side and or. top deck to more easily (and more importantly safely), extract oneself out of the tub. This is a common safety issue at many properties and she took it positively under her advisement.

This property and its Owner were exceptionally good. Located slightly outside the main Old Quarter (This was a good thing as as it was, as a result, very quiet, yet easily accessible, it was a pleasant walk to the main center businesses, restaurants and sights. Not a lot of food stores nearby; but, enough to sustain us, as we'd pick up food at the end of our day. The apartment itself was light, airy, and spacious, w/ very good bathrooms (One w/ bathtub), a washer and beautiful living room area/kitchen. Its higher floor location was great, as one could leave the LR curtains undrawn most of the day as other buildings did not directly face the windows. Its natural level of comfort was so nice, we cancelled a later reservation at another,different high end Hotel to return back to this apartment, even though that one was cheaper and included breakfast. We travel extensively worldwide and relish those few properties that genuinely offer a clean, calm, relaxing and luxurious environment to come back to after a long day or sightseeing. As a design Architect who has much direct involvement in design of Hospitality projects, i know that this apartment attains a high design level that will be appreciated by all who stay here.

Would have wanted hand soaps and dishwashing liquid to be available.

The location was very good, quiet but a short grab ride or walk from all the major spots. The staff were also very nice and accommodating, especially with weird check out hours. The place was HUGE and perfect for a group of friends.

We felt a little uncomfortable with the staff. first when we were waiting for the elevator to go up to our apartnent (in a small space with lagguage) a plant that was standing there on the floor fell and got broken. The staff asked us to pay 200k dong for it, which didn't make sense to me (after a convarsation they agree to lower it to 150k dong). Additionally, at check out the house keeper came and checked everything, up to the point of counting plates and glasses, and we felt a little like being under ovservation as opposed to being on a vacation. I guess these are some cultural differences, because overall they were nice and pleasant.

Its a high end renovated beautiful apartment, not far from the old quarter. It is clean, orginized and comfortable. It has drinking water, AC and fans, and even smart lights and toilet. it's quiet, feels safe and has both great light and shadow as needed. We stayed 2 nights.

Facilities are good, but need to concern about cleanliness. I know they try to make it better.

The location is good, nearby to the center and walk a little many restaurants and grand temple nearby. The price is affordable for the place. Also the Host really helpful. Well , I recommend for this place if you plan to travelling to Hanoi
