During my recent visit to Huế, Vietnam, I had the pleasure of staying at the Spring Garden Villa. Located in a serene garden setting, this hotel provided a remarkable experience that exceeded all my expectations. The Spring Garden Villa boasts a charming ambiance and a tranquil atmosphere. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its inviting decor and pristine cleanliness. The highlight of the hotel was undoubtedly the balcony in my room, which offered great views of the lush garden. The rooms at Spring Garden Villa were impeccable, beautifully designed, and provided the utmost comfort. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and amenities was exceptional. I enjoyed a restful night's sleep on the comfortable bed, thanks to the peaceful surroundings. The staff at Spring Garden Villa were truly outstanding. I am immensely grateful to Thảo, Thủy, Đào, and Ý for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. They consistently went above and beyond to cater to my needs and were always eager to provide assistance. In fact, they helped me book tickets for a boat ride on the Hương River, which included a remarkable performance of traditional music - an experience I highly recommend. The hotel facilities were very good. One notable highlight was the option to pre-order breakfast from a diverse menu, allowing guests to choose the time and have their breakfast served in an open-air courtyard. The experience was delightful and added to the overall charm of the hotel. Spring Garden Villa is conveniently located, offering easy access to various attractions and public transportation. I found the area to be tranquil and peaceful, without any notable noise disruptions. Considering the outstanding service, remarkable facilities, and overall experience, Spring Garden Villa undoubtedly provides exceptional value for money. The rates are very reasonable and justified by the quality of service and amenities offered.

Perfect location for exploring Hue and surrounding areas. Hassle-free and cheap access to the center. At the same time, a great place to go to explore the surrounding area. Motorbikes available for rent from the hosts. The rooms were clean, nice and well-equipped. Small but very nice and well-kept gardens next to the terrace and in front of the building. Nice service. WiFi works well.

The hotel is far from the centre but close to some attractions. The room was quite big but it was a bit cold there. Also there were mosquitoes in the room but not too much. They didn’t disturb us 😁. The stuff was very nice.

Beautiful building, big and very clean rooms, working AC. Breakfast included and very tasty, you can enjoy it outside on the terrace. EXTREMELY friendly and lovely staff! They helped us book a bus to our next destination with pick-up directly from the hotel and drop off at the next one (for a very good price). Laundry service available and scooters for rent (quick 10 min ride to the city centre). We really enjoyed our stay and even extended one night. Would come again, excellent value for money!

The towels were very small and very thin. Pretty poor quality unfortunately. I asked for more in order to dry my hair and body properly. They were given willingly

The room with the balcony was a fabulous size. The breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel was a little bit far away from Hue center but perfectly accessible by grab or scooter. The bed was large and very comfortable.

Badly isolated. Someone was shouting very loud at 10pm. In the morning, some dogs barking.

Fantastic place that arranged our accommodation with 1am check in at the last minute. Room was big and clean, same for the bathroom. Had a great breakfast as well after a lie in which they didn’t mind. The staff were amazing and helpful as well.

Staff were very helpful during the entire stay. Really made our trip enjoyable. Booked us on the day tour at the last minute no problem. Anna was amazing and really helped with transport, and what to do in Hue. Great place to stay. Breakfast was great, and I believe it was great value for money for what you get. Rooms were large and clean, and had air conditioning.

The staff was the best I've ever encountered. We were sorry to leave. The villa itself is gorgeous as is the patio, with its pond and its frogs. But again, the best was the staff, and we sincerely thank Anna and the other girls for the friendliness, helpfulness and outright humanness.
