Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeJust a few minor things that can be improved on are installing sockets with adaptor so guests don’t have to use their travel adaptors, and perhaps installing soft-closing for the main door (it’s quite stiff when closing it). Would be nice if they consider having bedside lamps in the bedrooms as well :)
The place was clean and cosy. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Lighting in the apartment was bright and air con was strong. Toilet was clean and the water pressure was good. Tv had Netflix and we were surprised to discover that there was a tv in each bedroom other than the one in the living room. Price for four pax was very reasonable. It was a bonus for us that they provided daily breakfast. Overall, all four of us were really happy with our stay at Sun River Hotel and Apartment!

Good location, quiet and good room size, and breakfast is included and minutes away from Da Nang beach. Closer to local cafe. It serves as our base, for our trips to BANA Hill, Dragon Bridge and night market and Hoi An.

Located in a quiet area of Da Nang, surrounded by many coffee shops and places to eat, it's perfect if you want a relaxing holiday. Staff are very friendly, morning breakfast is ok for what you paid for. The room is nice and spacious and clean, great for family and kids friendly as we travel with 2 kids. About 8 mins away from Da Nang beach district and good place to explore local business. We would definitely stay here next time.

Our apartment was spacious for two people, and the bed was so comfy! The location is close to the beach, there is a shop nearby and some restaurants. It is also very quiet here at night, which was great as I’ve heard that some places in the city can be quite loud. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and could have the bedding & towels changed daily, we didn’t need this every day but great to have the option. Wi-Fi was also quick!

I had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot. 3 improvements: To avoid confusion the property shouldn‘t say „payment in advance“ but „payment at property“ when the payment is actually made at the property. The staff should improve English skills as the communication was very difficult. And grab delivery drivers should be allowed to use the elevator as this is an apartment building. I always had to go down and get the delivery at the lobby. That was inconvenient.
Most comfortable beds I had so far in Da Nang. The apartment was in very good condition. The Smart TVs were great. The Air Conditioning was super quiet. Nothing was broken. It was very clean. Almost everything was as described on Booking. Also the staff was very friendly and my suitcases been brought to the apartment for me.

First thing is the rooms are huge! It’s great value for money as you have an entire flat for an amazing price. The rooms were also very clean and we enjoyed having the bedroom closed off to the other living area.

United KingdomBreakfast was okey, but quite limited, could have had more western food options. My room on the 5th floor smelled of damp. A lot! In the mornings windows were wet, and even bed linen felt a bit damp. It was during rainy season but I doubt the smell will go away.
The location was very nice, close to the beach, it was pretty quiet. The size of the room, amount of storage, quality of the furniture was amazing! It's a proper decent apartment with a balcony.
