View is now partially blocked by large, incomplete building that looks to be abandoned at this point. “Daily room cleaning is a joke, they just replaced towels, never cleaned floors which is much needed. Location is ok, plenty of easy Grab rides wait there. However, not many restaurants or other amenities that far north along beach. Next time would stat farther south. Also, had to change rooms halfway through stay, which was an unexpected inconvenience.

It was as advertised, big spacious apartment, in a decent location.

Every now and then there there a ticking sound from the aircon controller but we got over it.

We loved the cleanliness and the aroma of the room. The location was a bonus. The host was so kind and accommodating with our requests.

I think the whole facility was quite full which meant that it was a bit of a wait for the lifts.

The view was brilliant and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Our host, John, was very accomodating and kind and nothing was too much trouble

The ocean view was partially blocked by the construction building next door. The location was a bit out of town and you do have to walk a bit to get to restaurants. It is not really private beach as advertised. The beach over the road is a bit hard to get to). The lift is very slow. The price is relatively high compared to other options in the area.

The rooms are spacious and modern. Very suitable for family travelling together. Spacious living space for family to hang out with each other.

The host was very friendly, and he waited for us when we arrived in the early morning hours and welcomed us with a smile. The apartment was clean, quiet and close to the beach. I plan to visit Da Nang again soon and will book the same accommodation.

The apartment was excellent. Clean, Good views, 33rd floor pool. John our host was very kind. He gave us early check in at 11.45 am. Also he responded to our every request immediately. Overall me and my family enjoyed a lot.

The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was extraordinary. Everything is new and convenient. Above all, I love the stunning ocean view of the apartment that I can see amazing sunrise and sunset. It was a memorable trip for me.
