Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandYou should specify the room like a smoking or non-smoking room. At first, I got into the smoking room and thought I could handle it. But, in the middle of the night, I can't take it anymore. I ask the staff to change the room and they directly change my room to a non-smoking room.
not many varieties of breakfast, the breakfast schedule starts at 6.30 but the food is not yet ready. You should wait until 7 to get all of the food served.

Everything is excellent about the hotel. The room is very spacious and beautiful. It is like 4-star hotel that I stayed in. Everything is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious! They change the dishes daily. And the staff do check in and check out very fast too. Highly recommend!!

VietnamInitial check-in staff when we arrived were not that inviting, seemed lacking in enthusiasm. Not sure why they needed to send up housekeeping to do added cleaning of our rooms as we arrived, this should have all been completed before our arrival.
Rooms were nice with bath and shower with all the items provided in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was simple, fresh and nice, the staff at breakfast was very pleasant. Some of the reception staff were helpful during the stay.

MalaysiaMinor minor comment regarding cleanliness in my bathroom sink. Tried to wipe clean myself but required a bit more heavy duty effort, But seriously not a big issue. If I wanted 5 stars I would stay across the road. No other comment other than this. All top notch.
Excellent staff. Friendly. Helpful. Professional. Location great for attending SEA Games at the My Dinh National Stadium (only 10-15 min walk). Breakfast is very good.
