Doesn't have a lift for people that need that. We didn't need it of course but it's always good information to have.

Ah what a great stay Full House was! This is a little family-run homestay where Loan, the host, does great work running it. She was always very friendly and helped us with anything we might need. Her father was the best, always trying to fed us or bringing us coffee. He was very kind and so much fun to be around. We rented scooters from him and everything was just smooth. The pool seemed awesome but sadly we didn't get to enjoy it because our time there was just too short. I'd love to come back and stay for a few days!! The rooms were impeccable, bathroom was HUGE. Location was excellent, it was close to everything, the bars, the restaurants, while still being quiet. One morning, music started playing on very early and the the host told us someone in the village had died and the music was played for them. It was hauntingly beautiful.

Huge comfortable beds, so clean and such a lovely friendly family that own the home stay. Swimming pool and bikes to rent. Location is perfect for boat rides and tours, we cycled to dragon mountain!

Facilities were great, and in an ideal location, very close to the bus stations as well as the main strip. The owners were lovely and great to chat to pool side. Breakfast was good options. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Tam coc full house is the perfect location in ninh binh village with almost great facilities run by a family. The room is super clean and spacious. According to price the breakfast was good. Mrs. LOAN and her family are very kind, trying to help you in every situations and suggestions for making your tour more enjoyable. They arranged a private car for drop off and pick up from Hanoi airport at very reasonable price as well as they made our one day trip to Trang an, Am tien, Hou lu, and Bie din pagoda on our leisure at good price. All tourist attraction are within 30 minutes by car. Tam coc boat pier is 2 mins away by walk. Couple of Indian restaurants are also nearby. Definitely we will come back to Ninh Binh and stay at the same place again. Thanks Mrs. LOAN !!

The staff was very friendly and polite and they were very kind to prepare for us breakfast on the day of our check out even though we had to leave very early in the morning. The room was spacious, we had 3 double beds for 3 people, so it was more than enough! The location is very central and convenient

All good for our short stay. Only gel and shampoo could be better but for a short stay doesn´t matter.

Clean rooms, breakfast included, nice staff. They rent motorbikes and bicycles too. Location is perfect right in the center and close by restaurants. They also have swimming pool which is great option for summer months. Additionally, they arranged for us taxi from and to train station which was helpful.

Very good value for money. Very clean and good location. Loan is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent. They also offer bikes for rent which is very practical!

Location was great, right in the center of Tam Coc but very quiet, I read some comments about the karaoke bus operating late at night but now that problem is gone and stopped operating so here it is very quiet at night. Loan was really helpful with organizing transport and recommending activities, and she organized breakfast for our early morning bus. Great breakfast menu every morning. On-site laundry service. Cheap and convenient bike rental.

Full House Homestay is an oasis in the middle of Tam Coc. The family running the homestay is super friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderfull. Room size, comfortable beds, views (3rd floor), breakfast (3 options). Perfect location not only for Tam Coc but also for Trang An (7 km), Hoa Lu (14 km), Binh Dinh (20 km). Owners family are such a friendly and helpful people. They are renting bicykle, motobike, also offering a motobike taxi and bus to the nearest tourists cities like Hue/DaNang on south or Hanoi/HaLong,/Sapa... for common price.

The property is situated in Tam Coc where most of the amazing places to visit and restaurants are located. It’s comfortable to stay there, the family is lovely and welcoming, and very helpful too. This is the best place to say, I assure you.

Nothing. We were unlucky with rain so couldn’t use the pool but it was kept very clean

Lovely home stay with comfortable bedroom, good pool, good breakfast and the most friendliest family that runs it. Air con worked well too for heating as we went in cold Winter season. The woman in charge with a new born baby was very friendly and lovely to talk too. We also rented a moped and petrol from the family and a good price. They also gave us a map of local area and helped with anything we needed. Location is amazing 1 minute walk from the Main Street and restaurants for night. She also easily booked transfers to and from Hanoi for us when we asked. Will definitely stay again when we return to Nin Binh. Thank you :)

The kindest family. So helpful, Loan gives great information on places to visit etc. as well as arranging our bus for us. Lovely clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Let us use the shower after check out as we waited for our over night bus
