The bathroom didn't drain and we had to ask them to sweep the water away most days. It was very wet and rainy in Tam Coc when we were there so it felt nothing dried, in the room or the bathroom!

Clean, comfy rooms. Staff were really lovely and helpful too. A good seating area outside to catch up on work, play cards or have a few drinks! Location was walkable to town but nice and quiet, a good view over the rice fields and a mountain.

It's a little further out of town than other accommodation, but still only a 5 min cycle or 15 min walk.

Due to a sudden change of buses, we arrived in Tam Coc in the middle of the night, way past usual check in and reception hours. I had let the hotel know in advance and staff showed up and were able to show us to our room in no time. The room was spacious and clean and in a private little bungalow. The bed was comfy. Nice to have a pool too. Breakfast was simple, with several choices (Pho, pancakes, Bahn Mí).

Lovely property, close to the town centre shops/ restaurants (5 min walk) but in its own peaceful surroundings. Hotel complex is beautiful with views of the surrounding mountains and rice fields Staff are excellent, very helpful and you can rent bicycles and motorbikes to explore for cheap Rooms are clean, spacious with comfy beds Swimming pool is great too Not a bad word to be said, 10/10!!

The manager really helped us in a bad situation, as I left one of our phones on a sleeper bus on the way to Hanoi! She helped us speak to the bus driver and was able to communicate the driver to drop it off the next day for us! She was such a lovely welcoming person for our stay at a beautiful property, delicious pancakes with fresh fruit to start the day right! Nice and clean room, with great air conditioning and we loved the guest house doggies. Loved the big swimming pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Bathroom started to smell damp but that could have been because of the humidity from the thunder storms.

Lovely bungalos, pool was clean and in great condition. Staff were friendly and the location wasn’t far from the main strip and attractions.

Great place to have a bit of a rest! Nice walk to town (5 minutes) but also close to the fields and mountains : if you like running, do it here! Easy from the hotel and beautiful surroundings. The bed was really comfortable, the had a nice and long swimmingpool to dive in after a hot day. Good options for breakfast and friendly owners.

There are many street dogs in Tam Coc.

I had a great stay in Tam Coc. The rooms are spacious and the property is close enough to all attractions by scooty. I also enjoyed the countryside ride with the cycle available.

I had a wonderful time here! The surroundings are beautiful, very well maintained, and the location is perfect, at walking distance from the main street with all the restaurants and bars. The bungalow is spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool is a big plus! And above all this the staff is amazing! Very friendly, caring and always ready to help wherever they can! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very nice place with a beautiful garden and room. Liked the location, at a walking distance from the centre but very quiet (at night as well). Bicycles and motorbikes for rent. The family was very friendly. I needed to make some changes with the reservation/dates etc. and they were very flexibel, they also provided a more early breakfast before leaving to catch the bus. If i Come back to tc i would book this place again.

Amazing value for money. Beautiful place, beautiful views next to it. I almost cried when I had to leave after 2 nights. Some staff were also just so nice. Besides, rent scooters at a great price. Breakfast is modest but for this money I am surprised it is [art of the deal. I recommend this place 100%.

The location was absolutely perfect. Close to the town and restaurants but on the edge so very peaceful. The bungalow was spotless and very comfy bed. The pool was clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good. We would recommend staying here, great value for money.

Staff a bit pushy about booking tours. Would have been helpful to have a bedside table on both sides of the bed. Also had a strange experience when checking out with the eftpos machine apparently not working and asked for cash.. but we didn’t have enough cash on us, so after charging it a few minutes it worked again.

Great external facilities (pool etc), very clean. Great location, and scooter hire from the place is handy.

Please give some love to the rental bikes. I Know they’re not expensive, but they’re very dirty and my wheel was buckled.

It’s in nature so don’t be surprised by the bugs and mosquitoes. But I can’t complain

The location is so ideal. close to shops and the main street and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The staff were so helpful! We booked out stay so last minute and they stayed up to help us get checked in and make plans for a boat trip the following morning. They helped us arrange transport when leaving and always had big smiles on their faces!! xx This made all the difference

Lovely facilities located just 5 mins walking from the main street to avoid the crowd, and right in the middle of nature. You can spend an afternoon biking around for sightseeing. Bikes/scooters can be rented from the homestay. 500m away from Tam Coc, which is a must to do. The food is also great and included in our stay. I'd recommend the banh mi. We also booked all tours from the homestay, including our travel to other cities and it was taken care of immediately, which we were very grateful for. We also biked from the homestay to a nearby pagoda (2-3km away) and had a great time there. I think it is better than Bai Dinh pagoda, but I always prefer ancient beauty so I might be bias.

Great location, and although you are 5-10 minutes close to the center(walking), it feels like you are at the end of it, close to the mountain. I loved the chill vibe. We ended staying 8 nights instead of 4 as initially planned. Nhung cooked a very good breakfast for us and she recommended a lot of good stuff to do. She took care that we have everything we need. The space is very clean and we always had hot water. One thing to mention is that we worked remotely for 4 days, and the internet /wifi was actually really good (60-80mbps). No single issue with it. So overall, a great location to stay in Tam Coc, quiet and cozy.
