Good communication. We arranged transport from CatBa to Ninh Binh which went very smooth! Bikes were easy to get around and the location is perfect!

Anna the host was amazing, and the welcome snack and drink on arrival was lovely after a long travel day. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with so much on offer, especially the local Vietnamese cuisine. The bikes to get around were perfect, location nice and quiet but close to everything. We went with our 7 year old daughter and she loved it, especially the pool. Highly recommend.

We had the best time at this hotel. From start to finish we found the staff were so friendly and helpful-our room was spacious and comfortable-and the food at their restaurant superb! Also their breakfast are the best we have experienced during our time in Vietnam. Location is gorgeous, just grab one of the bikes they supply and cycle around the rice fields to the river. This was our favourite hotel during our trip. Highly recommend!

I had read reviews for here prior to trip and they lived up to them and more. Really lovely property, wonderful staff: felt well cared for from even before we arrived. Absolutely lovely people. Bungalow was cool, slept well, bathroom good, hot water and clean towels. Breakfast amazing: too much to eat and such wonderful fruits. Pool excellent and needed at the end of the day. Lovely cinnamon tea given to us when we returned from outings. Bikes were so fun and in good repair and made sight seeing so easy. Setting is wonderful: picturesque and feels away from town but still so close. Highlight of Vietnam staying here.

The bathroom was clean but our shower head was really old. The handle for the hand shower was broken and was dangling on a zip tie. The water pressure was a bit weak. Otherwise, it worked fine.

The staff was amazing. They provided 5 star service and they were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff helped us get a personal driver for a day and they also provided laundry service.

Extremely friendly service. The most peaceful and beautiful location. A cozy, spacious and very fairly priced bungalow with comfortable beds. A hearty breakfast with all kinds of healthy fruits. A restaurant (inside a cave) that serves great food for absolutely reasonable prices.

Very minor issue, but the free WIFI was only available in your room or just outside it, it dropped out if you went to reception / restaurant. The construction of another building across the rice field in front of this facility may take away the peace and tranquility of the location unfortunately.

Everything. The owners and staff couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast that came with the accommodation was awesome, didn't need lunch after eating it all. Tea was good value and very tasty. No TV in the rooms which made for a more relaxing stay, and minimal noise from other rooms. Town was an 8-minute walk away through rice fields.

Everything here was wonderful. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We were greeted with a drink and fruit and checked in whilst we sat. Our room was lovely with a wonderful outlook. The location was perfect for us - out of the main town, but we easily walked in each day. We used the bikes to cycle up the road which was one of the highlights of our stay in Tam Coc - all nice easy flat cycling. Every time we returned to our room, we were greeted with a drink, and in the evening on our return, we had bowls of scented water for our feet which was wonderful. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - they deserve the high scores they get! We were packed a huge breakfast to take away with us as we had an early departure.

The best place to stay! We really enjoyed our time here. Located in a interesting spot so close to town but far enough away we felt we were right in the mountains. Hosts are the kindest people. Breakfast was the best we have had in Vietnam. Highly recommended to all others.

Most beautiful unique place we stayed in Vietnam. The rooms have a solid limestone cliff as a wall. The bathroom was massive and all facilities were great. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The evening foot spa was so appreciated and helpful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

It is a beautiful but intimate property, about 1 km to town, but still on a quiet little road surrounded by rice patties. They brought us a bunch of fresh fruit upon our arrival, and everything was excellent. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We made good use of their free bicycles. We got a room with an outdoor shower and absolutely loved it – it was kind of inside of a cave a little bit.

Normally I do not write reviews on Booking, but for this Bungalow I had to given our amazing experience! The staff of this family run Bungalow is beyond fantastic! They have helped us with our transfer from Hanoi and a transfer to Noi Bai Airport with very reasonable pricing. Furthermore, the breakfast at the Bungalow is “private at the table”, but includes a lot of different fruits, eggs, juices, cheese, toasts, pancakes, coffee/tea. More than you could eat! We also tried the lunch and dinner here (a la carte), which was also very good! On the location of the Bungalow: the center of the town of Tam Coc is a 7 minute walk with all the restaurants and bars. They provide you with free bicycles you can use to cycle to the highlights here. The pagoda is a 15 min cycle, Trang An river around 30 minutes cycling and Tam Coc boat tours only 5 min cycling. They also offer services to bring you around the highlights. Their English is amazing for Vietnamese standards, so they also helped with what to do when given the period & weather we were there. Going on, they offer a free herbal feet bath every evening and give you a welcome drink (ice cold tea) every time you arrive back at the Bungalow. The swimming pool was also quite large. And to top it off, when leaving early in the morning to the airport, they provided a full breakfast for us at 6.15 in the morning, to then also give us snacks and water bottles for our trip to the airport. All in all an absolute amazing (5 star worthy) experience here!
