Stayed for 3 nights + 1 night extension. Owner was very friendly and facilitated early check in at 5am for no extra cost. Breakfast included was very nice. The room was clean with excellent air con and shower (good pressure and hot water). We were also given a small goodie bag of biscuits and water upon leaving which was lovely touch. Location is also right beside the main area of Tam Coc down a quiet street so no unexpected noise at night.

The owner and her son were lovely, helpful and reachable during my stay. The room was top, spacious and had all the facilities I needed. The location is really near to the center of Tam Coc but in an alley really calm and peaceful, which is a big plus! The breakfast included with the room is delicious and copious! The price I paid for the room was a bargain!

The motorbike was slow.

Great location. Walking distance to main street and quiet. The breakfast is tasty and well sized. The hosts are really nice and helped us book sleeper train to Hue, taxi and motorbike for decent price. They even let us use the room after check out, since the train had a late departure.

The family are very kind . Lovely homemade fresh breakfast . Great location for us as we just needed a base Within walking and cycling distance to centre and sites . We hired a bike directly from the hotel and also had a service wash which was great . Great value for money the cockerel and the school are signs of real life of the locals which we loved stayed for extra days as we cycled to the three main spots . Lovely clean rooms . High quality finishes within the room hot water !:) we’ve been travelling a while so this little friendly hotel was perfect for what we needed . All Amelie’s are within walking distance.

Excellent service by the sweet woman in the reception. She helped us find a night bus out of Tam Coc, and drove us to the bus station herself. She even bought us water and bisquits for the trip. Breakfast normally runs until 10.00, but she offered to make us breakfast at 11.00, if we wanted to. So sweet!

Wifi in the room was bad and kept disconnecting

The owner was amazing. She organized renting a scooter for us that was cheaper than anywhere else and she also booked us a transfer van to Hanoi which was also cheap. When we checked out she gave us a little care package with snacks and water.

The hot water for the shower ran out quite quickly.

The room was big and spacious, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was much appreciated and the free water and biscuits when we left were a nice surprise! The WiFi in our room worked really well.

Everything! Owner was so lovely, breakfast was delicious, we even got a little packed lunch for our bus journey when we left. Rooms were lovely and clean, spacious and probably the comfiest bed we’ve had in Vietnam so far. Great location, would highly recommend! Thank you for our lovely stay :)

10min walk to Tam Coc river. Breakfast was awesome. I arrived quite early and was accomodated without issue. The room was spacious and clean. They also offer bicycle for rent and they can arrange transpo to Hanoi that picks up from the hotel. Absolute great value for price

250k for spotless room and big with big window. Kettle and fridge and very hot water lLocation down an alley so quiet but close to main road. Rents bicycles for 50k. Good breakfast free. Gate always open to come and go anytime. Early bike in morning . Can't say enough positives. Taking my friend there in a few weeks.

Everything was perfect. They just can take cash, so i would recommend you to bring enough with you. There are atms nearby, but sometimes they don't work.

I liked so many things: 1) the host gave me the room in the middle of the night as my night bus came early. Lucky me! You might want to write to her in advance, if the room is already ready. 2) the room is big with a cool light (if you want it, there are different lights) and most importantly: the AC has a dry mode. So if the bathroom / your close are wet, just turn it on and wait some time... 3) the breakfast was the best so far in Vietnam and i had some breakfasts 4) she has laundry service (40.000 per kilo and 40.000 for shoes). Bit more expensive but if it's in your budget absolutely worth it. Also there is bike rental (25.000 per day). Really recommended. They don't have helmets, but if you drive slowly and carefully, you don't have to worry about it. If you're travelling with children, I'd highly recommend to buy a helmet. If you come to ninh binh, that's your place to stay!!

Simple but great accommodation, large clean room with nice hot shower. Breakfast is simple but nice to start the day with. The lady is always smiling and helpful. A very pleasant stay, would definitely come back.

The hotel is located at the heart of Tam Coc but not on the main road so you don’t hear anything. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Really clean and clean bedsheet and towels. Breakfast is delicious they give you a menu and you choose from it. The staff is super nice and kind and when we left they even prepare us a snack for the bus. We rented a motorbike on the property and it was so convenient . Thank you so much !!!!

Super nice people working there. My night bus was delayed and they took care of everything. They offered me a room to wait for the delaited Bus (until 9:00 pm. 3h delay)), They made me a snack package for the bus ride (free). Brought me to the bustop and made sure, that I pick the right one. Excellent service. I am very thankful for that. 10/10!✌️
