The air con would go off & come back to a warm hut. The room facilities were not what we expected for a resort & for the price paid.

The location was really lovely, quiet & overlooking the rice fields & the mountains! Simply beautiful & so nice taking a bike from the resort into town (quick 5-10 min ride) or just ride around the quiet streets & fields. Staff very welcoming & helpful. The pool area, with mountain in the background, was perfect to cool off after a long day exploring the area.

Cleanliness was poor. Smelt mouldy. Staff were slow in serving food and drinks so it made it stressful.

Tam Coc Rice Fileds its located in a quiet area outside of Tam Coc (10min by Scooter). Perfect for us, as this is what we wanted. Right in front of the rice fields. Take into account you need a scooter/car/bike to reach the accomodation. We were welcomed by their very friendly and helpful staff, which made our stay so special. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was also very tasty, with several options (mainly asian)

Very helpful staff, especially the manager who helped us sort out some issues with our cabbie through language translation. Rooms were great size and the connection with nature in your bathroom is the thing to come back for.

We had a really nice stay, super friendly staff, they helped us with every question we had. We rented a scooter and it went all perfectly well. Bikes are for free. Beautiful nature around.

Really serene location. With a nice pool and a great breakfast. The staff were really friendly in helping us to get transfers into Ninh Binh and out. The room was spacious.

The location is very peaceful and close to Bich Dong, boat rides, and the Hang Mua viewpoint. Free bicycles and very helpful staff. Bungalows are clean and spacely. The best part is the pool. It is surrounded by mountains and rice fields and it just looks stunning.

there is about one or two restaurants/bars with in walking distance but the center tam coc is a quick taxi/motorbike away.

clean and quiet. great view of the rice fields and nature. great location to go exploring with a bicycle. easy bike ride to the Bird Sanctuary. rooms are off the main road so not a lot of motor traffic. nice front porch to relax. pool area with the bar is a nice area to lounge. staff very nice and accommodating. free bicycle rental. motorbike rental for a small fee.

Could have been better if the rooms have kettles as we struggled to brew milk for our kids. Doors to the room could use some upgrades since privacy is important. A room telephone is needed as sometimes mobile signals are lost.

The place is a great getaway idea from work and cities. Beautiful mountain bottom right next to your bedroom and rice fields in the front. Feels super chilled and peaceful. Lots of space in the garden for children to play. Electronic devices are absolutely forgotten

Sheets had stains on them. A bit far from town so needed to get cabs to eat out in the evening.

Rural in the fields, beautiful location with a small farm. Do miss going to visit the farm and have a drink in the rice field.

I read all the recent and old reviews, on google and booking as well, and was quite DISAPPOINTED for what I had experienced there. We stayed here in Apr, 2024, in the Bungalow with the Mountain View. This place is in a really RUN DOWN condition. It was left neglected and without any maintenance and upgrades whatsoever. PHOTOS were quite DECEIVING, as it resembled a bit, however 20 years ago. Bathroom: Sink were rusty, old and small water heating, a/c was not working properly, luckily it wasn’t so hot. Bedroom: Bed was in bad shape but doable, however linings were not. I had to call the reception in the middle of the night, after arriving from all my activities, as I found out hair and black spot which seems to be that someone stepped on it with shoes on, or something like that. Location: was far from centre, which is not a problem, as we were looking for a secluded place to enjoy the nature. Breakfast: 2 star hotel, not resort like. I hope the owner read this review and do upgrades, otherwise I don’t recommend anyone to book a room here.

The staff were undoubtedly the best out of my whole trip in Vietnam. I forgot their name, but the girl in reception and his friends were always smiling and trying to help us on everything.

We loved the location, a bit outside of the city, in the middle of green. Beautiful cafe spot a few meters away with delicious smoothies. It was easy to use bikes from the property or even rent motorbike (8 dollars per day) Staff was super nice and accomodating. Dinner on the premise is possible, a bit pricier than in the city. It's also nice to support an social initiative, employing people with special needs.

Perfect Location if you don’t want to be in a busy center. We had the most romantic bamboo hut to stay in. We had the nicest staff ever! We highly recommend to stay there. You can rent bycycle for free it takes only 4km to the Center of Tam Coc

The remoteness meant obtaining taxis was difficult unless you used the hotel’s new Toyota SUV which cost twice the price of a regular taxi but was still reasonable compared to UK prices! The bar is not stocked apart from beer. Did not eat there at night, the menu was not appealing. Breakfast very basic but eggs very tasty. Staff are sweet and kind and very obliging.

Wonderfully peaceful location, unique scenery. Pretty chalets over water. The pool would be a huge bonus in hot weather.
