The staff were so friendly, and helpful. Motorcycle rental from the hotel to get around town. Great breakfast buffet, lots of variety. Powerful air conditioning.

The shower over the bath tub setup in the room wasn't the best. Easy to get water on the floor. Nothing major though.

We enjoyed our stay at Tam Coc Serenity Bungalows a lot. The location was a good base to explore all of the amazing sites and scenery in the area. Scooter hire was available on site which was nice and convenient too. I had minimal breakfast there so can't comment on that however it looked fine when I grabbed tea and coffee each morning. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and do include AC and a TV etc etc. But hopefully you're not there for the room itself, but to get out and explore all the amazing things close by. A nice clean swimming pool is also great after a day out in the sun.

Nothing - our stay was excellent 👌 But making just couple of suggestions to Mr Lee: 1. Offer option to replace the complementary sweet coffee premix with sugar free coffee/tea bags (sugar & creamer separate) - for guests who don't drink sweet coffee. Thanks to Mr Lee for arranging the same for us upon our request. 2. Add few more good quality cycles (to the 5-6 you already have) - would be great when we come next (we so wish)

Breakfast - great variety and taste Services of staff and support of Mr Lee - helping in booking personal taxi transfers from Airport and to Hanoi at great prices for a 7 seater car. Also, his friendly support over WhatsApp from the time we made booking to the time we paid for check out. Free Cycles - 3 of us were able to avail them for 2 days during our 4 nights stay Swimming pool open till 9pm - although small, but it was very refreshing to take a dip after long day Beautiful - balcony area with swings and bonsai trees, small poolside, with fragrant & flowering plants Room facilities - Netflix, room windows, wc with bidet, separate shower and 2 washbasins, sliding door to washroom area (in studio room)

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The hotel has an excellent location in Tam Coc, close to tourist attractions, but away from the noise and hustle and bustle. There are several restaurant options nearby. We were very well received by Kevin and the team. The room was decorated for my birthday and they even provided a cake. It was so kind! Always attentive, the team provides great information and treats us with great affection and care. There are free bicycles for guest use and scooters for rent. The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning cooled very well. We loved the pool and the breakfast, which was carefully prepared by a friendly employee. Kevin even gave us some complimentary drinks while we were at the pool. We loved everything and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t rate it highly enough. The appearance of the hotel was amazing, especially in the evening when they put on all the lights. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to help us book activities and transport in particular Kevin who was very organised and welcoming making us feel comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Tam Coc!

Our room was right beside the pool, so in the evenings it sometimes got a bit loud, but it was manageable.

Love the intimate feel in this property. Just a short walk from the hustle and bustle and it’s so peaceful. We had a late flight and the team were so kind to let us use the pool until our transfer arrived.

This place was amazing! The rooms were lovely, beds super comfortable, bathrooms and showers awesome! Breakfast was good too. Easy 5 minute walk to the main part of town for the restaurants etc. The staff were brilliant here, especially Kevin. He went out of his way to help us, gave us excellent advice on where to go and what to see.

The whole ambience is amazing and beautiful. The surroundings are very well maintained, which makes the atmosphere even better. The room was very clean and just like on the pictures. The host was so nice and kind. Our experience truly couldn't be better.

Pool is very small, some rooms get a lot of street noise as the hotel is located right off the street, breakfast is mediocre, and showers are a disaster the whole bathroom will be wet after a shower
