Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The hotel has an excellent location in Tam Coc, close to tourist attractions, but away from the noise and hustle and bustle. There are several restaurant options nearby. We were very well received by Kevin and the team. The room was decorated for my birthday and they even provided a cake. It was so kind! Always attentive, the team provides great information and treats us with great affection and care. There are free bicycles for guest use and scooters for rent. The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning cooled very well. We loved the pool and the breakfast, which was carefully prepared by a friendly employee. Kevin even gave us some complimentary drinks while we were at the pool. We loved everything and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t rate it highly enough. The appearance of the hotel was amazing, especially in the evening when they put on all the lights. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to help us book activities and transport in particular Kevin who was very organised and welcoming making us feel comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Tam Coc!

Our room was right beside the pool, so in the evenings it sometimes got a bit loud, but it was manageable.

The shower bath , if a larger group comes in the amount of noise because rooms are in close proximity.

Love the intimate feel in this property. Just a short walk from the hustle and bustle and it’s so peaceful. We had a late flight and the team were so kind to let us use the pool until our transfer arrived.

This place was amazing! The rooms were lovely, beds super comfortable, bathrooms and showers awesome! Breakfast was good too. Easy 5 minute walk to the main part of town for the restaurants etc. The staff were brilliant here, especially Kevin. He went out of his way to help us, gave us excellent advice on where to go and what to see.

The whole ambience is amazing and beautiful. The surroundings are very well maintained, which makes the atmosphere even better. The room was very clean and just like on the pictures. The host was so nice and kind. Our experience truly couldn't be better.

Pool is very small, some rooms get a lot of street noise as the hotel is located right off the street, breakfast is mediocre, and showers are a disaster the whole bathroom will be wet after a shower

The breakfast was terrible. Flies everywhere in all the food, fruit was spoiled and tasted awful. Plan to go elsewhere for breakfast!

The rooms are stunning and I think all overlook the pool area which is lit up lovely at night. There are free push bikes you can use or rent scooters for 130k a day. Good location, is about 1km from the centre of town but the walk in is lovely.

All pretty damn good. Very minor point: our room had a kind of porthole window for light, but probably could do with a curtain or shade. Light comes in early. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the coffee in the glass jug. Minor points, first world issues! Great place, esp for families!

We're a family of 4, with two girls 9 yo and 6 yo. The weather was very hot and very humid, so it was such a relief to return from a day's sightseeing (and there is so much to see!) to a great AC, clean room with lovely bathroom, and terrifically enticing pool. Security is excellent. Place has a smart tv but we didn't use it. Also just far enough from the main street to be really quiet, and close enough for a 5-6 min walk, or 3-4 min bike ride. In the other direction are a handful of fantastic routes for sunset bike rides. The rice paddies and residents, and the pretty quietly incredible Bich Dong pagoda (Chùa). Tip: don't stop at the pagoda up the second flight of steps! What's behind is worth seeing.

I had the bungalow/villa room which was really good, big room with a nice modern bathroom. The styling in the room was also really nice. Staff were great, one of the staff asked if I wanted to have dinner with him (I was traveling alone), he ended uo getting some roast duck BBQ from a restaurant down the road - we sat and chatted away for an hour or so.
