Only that we couldnt stay for more!!

Everything! I cannot recommend this enough! Everything from the room, hospitality, the location it was perfect. It feels like you are in a movie, it is so beautiful. The host family treats like you are a part of their family. Bikes and bicycles are available. The host makes sure she takes the time to let you know the places you should visit. Very practical advise! Breakfast is the best we had in Vietnam! Fresh and so good! Loved it. Highlight of my trip!

Very clean and just outside the town of Tam Coc. Nice and quiet. Good bicycles to borrow and ride around. Beautiful breakfast on the upstairs verandah.

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! Free bicycles to use at any time during our stay. Perfect location close enough to everything but away from the busy town street!

Nga is so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and the beds were so comfortable. Tam Coc is a very cool little town as well. Get some duck and draft beer at the pig family restaurant.

This is really the best homestay I have ever stayed in! Great location, the rooms were cleaned everyday, the breakfast was very tasty and the hostess who runs the homestay is so kind. She organised everything for us. The fluffy cat was a great bonus, really cute. I loved it!

A beautiful homestay in a scenic place. Extremely well managed, personnel touch by the host, decent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, nice small pool, wonderful sit outs. Tours arranged at a decent cost. Would have stayed longer if it was possible

Perfect getaway walking distance from Tam Coc, peaceful, friendly and authentic! Can't recommend it enough!! Our host was incredibly welcoming and helped us with everything we needed including transfers to and from the homestay. As two professionals who wanted an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this was perfect.

By far one of our best stays while we were in Vietnam! Nga and her family are amazing and wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious as well. Being a 5 minute walk away from the central location was well worth it since the city is bustling with tourists and loud music.

Maybe better wifi!

Nga was so warm and welcoming! She helped us coordinate a transfer from halong bay and was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. Amazing value for money and so close to the centre of tam coc. Bikes were free to use and really cheap to hire a motorcycle! Cat and dog were also very friendly, we miss our pets so was nice to feel at home!

This is just the most awesome homestay, beautiful owners Nga and her husband and family and wee doggies too. Breakfast was plentiful with the loveliest pancakes and the homemade pineapple jam that Nga makes herself. Room was lovely we had the family bungalow by the pool and a lovely view out onto the paddy fields and the ducks. Ngas relation owns a taxi so he took us everywhere at a really great price and was a lovely friendly man. We miss this piece of paradise and are hoping to come back soon . Thank you for welcoming us into your piece of paradise.

We absolutely loved our stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet area about 5min walk from the town. View from the property is spectacular. Swimming pool is refreshing. Best of all - the owners! We felt so welcomed by the family, they are all super friendly and helpful. We got so many good recommendations on things to do and where to eat. Bicycles are free to use, which was great. We were also able to rent a scooter. The breakfast is delicious (you can choose one main dish, coffee or tea + you get fruit and fresh mango juice). Try the omelette, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! We would love to come back!

Somewhere to put your things in the bathroom - a little cabinet or shelves - would be good.

The location was perfect looking out over the paddy fields and it was very quiet (except for some late building next door but that finished by our second night). It was wonderful to have the use of the bikes and cycle into town between the rice paddies and the pool to refresh in at the end of the day. The room we had was very comfortable. A stand out was the host Nga. She was very helpful and sat down with us to plan our days. She organised a driver for us and was happy to look after our bags on the day we were leaving so we could go on another excursion. The breakfast was delicious. We would thoroughly recommend.

Nothing really - i wish it wasn't so hot when i stayed there!

What can I say - Nga was a wonderful host who took care of all my needs and queries without question. I was unwell upon arriving in Tam Coc and when i asked her if she could make some meals for me as i did not want to go to restaurants, she happily obliged and asked after me everyday. On numerous occasions I also had the opportunity to talk and get to know her including her family and her adorable dog - and the place itself is a complete gem! Surrounded by ricefields and the mountainous hills it was so serene and i would highly recommend cycling around there in the evenings with the sunset! You can rent bicycles and scooters (although i stuck to bicycles) and can do laundry additionally. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Ninh Binh and Tam Coc!

The position of the homestay was great, with a fantastic view. We used the free bikes to go around tam coc and the owner prepared for us a to go breakfast because we wanted to explore the area very early in the morning

Very nice owners and location, pool and breakfast great, we recommend banana pancake ;) The owners helped us arrange transport to our next destination, scooters were available for rent at a very good price, and the bikes were for free. Overall 10/10!
