I was charged for breakfast but I did order after 9.30am. So maybe that can be extended to a little later.

We had a wonderful stay at Viet Ha Homestay - ended up extending our stay for three more nights. A big thank you to our super lovely and helpful hosts, who also helped us organize bikes and a trip to the national park. Just about a ten minute walk away from the more touristy and busy town. We enjoyed the tranquility of the Homestay, the amazing well tended too, creative garden, the views and the nice pool. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing time and as a base to explore Tam Coc and it's beautiful surroundings. Would come back any time, we felt very at home :)

Our stay here was simply wonderful! The accommodation itself was cozy and inviting, with all the comforts of home. Located a bit outskirts, which offered the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. Highly recommend for a warm and lovely getaway!

A beautiful homestay in a great location. Close enough to get to Tam Coc easily but far enough away to feel like you are out in the country. Our room was large and very clean. The pool was great and I loved all the flowers and greenery around the location. Our hosts went out of their way to be helpful. We weren’t feeling well the morning we were checking out and she allowed us to stay a bit later and even brought us some ginger tea to help our stomachs. Very happy with our stay.

Such a beautiful place! Not too far from Tam Coc high street but the views are truly stunning. The owners were so lovely and very attentive. The room itself was beautiful, the bed is so comfy. For the price is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend

This is one of the nicest homestays I've stayed in for the price, I'd give it 11 stars if I could. Big king bed, both sides with a bedside table and outlet. New clean bathroom, large enough to move around in and very clean. The facilities look new. Lovely view of the rice fields from the property; good place for a walk or jog. Wifi was strong. One night was very cold and the host gave us an extra blanket. Good sound isolation to other rooms, and great heavy curtains to keep the light out in the morning.

Beautiful view of the mountain, spacious rooms, loved that it wasn’t in the middle of town but at the edge so we were able to take a bike and ride around, very clean and comfy, hosts were great!

The most amazing little homestay, so clean, so comfortable! And the people who run it are the nicest people I've met in Vietnam! (where everyone is lovely) They cannot do enough for you! I extended my stay here longer because it was so good.

I can't even describe how incredible this place is. Everything about it is so well thought out. It is walking distance to almost everything. The hosts are amazing and cater to all needs. The food is delicious and fresh. It is in a quiet and clean area away from the hustle and bustle in town.

The family we stayed with were very welcoming and accommodating. We had delicious breakfast there each morning, we had our laundry done, and rented scooters. The rooms were spacious and well kept. It’s a very social environment with the family, and other guests so if that’s what you’re looking for, this place is perfect. We had a fantastic time, one of the nicest places to stay on our trip through Vietnam!

Nothing! The weather wasn’t the best but the mist made the area seem even more atmospheric!

The host family were so lovely and friendly and very helpful in terms of helping us book travel tickets. The room was beautifully clean and the location is very tranquil. We hired bikes from the guest house and loved the 10 minute cycle into town. The pool is also a good size. Overall we had a lovely stay in tam coc and would highly recommend staying at Viet Ha homestay.

The property was so beautiful! Amazing views of the rice field and a 10 minute walk into town. The host was the most kind and generous woman, as was her family! She was so accommodating and an amazing cook. She assisted us in booking airport transportation, tours, and laundry. The rooms were beautiful, so clean and fully equipped with AC and fans.

Such a lovely place to stay! The hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home even cooking dinner for us when we arrived late at night. The breakfast is great, they rented us a bike, and the location is absolutely perfect for everything.

I liked the comfortable clean room/shower, grounds, breakfast, bicycle availability, and the hosts. The view from the back of the property was nice and calming. The location is in a quiet and more local area away from the noise and busy center of Tam Coc. The family hosting were wonderful, kind and helpful. They even invited me to join them for a New Year's eve dinner of duck and hot pot before leaving on the sleeper bus. Loved this place!

Everything of our stay here was really nice. The staff are so friendly and we really appreciated their kindness. The room was good and clean, had wonderful nights rest every night here. The breakfast was good too. We also rented a motorbike which was in working order for us to explore ninh binh area. The views from the homestay are wonderful, you can easily bird here if you like birds. Everything exceeded our expectations with this stay and we really appreciate everything.

They rent bikes. The bikes were fine to cycle to the village but we wouldn’t recommend cycling a long distance.
