It was all great. The hotel is not located on a large site so everything is quite close together - that was fine for us but others might find it a bit tight. The bicycles need a bit of TLC.

The manager and staff were great - very helpful and friendly and very efficient. The place had a laid back friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything worked well. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast and food was excellent. It is situated in a quiet area but with easy walking access to the nearby services.

Great homestay in Tam Coc (approximately 7km to Ninh Binh). The family running the homestay is really a very lovely family and we felt home and welcome the moment we arrived. The breakfast is typical Vietnamese, i.e. some fruits, rice, pancakes, white bread, juice, etc. Our bungalow was comfortable and clean and the pool and pool area is great and a perfect place for relaxing. We had three wonderful days in Tam Coc, Trang An and Ninh Binh. Therefore, we would definitely stay at Tam Coc Village Bungalow, again.

Our stay at Tam Coc Village Bungalow was a truly delightful experience. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this charming bungalow offers stunning views that capture the essence of beauty in Tam Coc. Each morning, we woke up to serene landscapes right outside our window, which made our stay exceptionally peaceful. The staff at Tam Coc Village Bungalow were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. Their special attention to detail ensured that all our needs were promptly met with a smile. Dining here was another highlight. The food was fantastic, with a variety of tasty dishes. The fresh spring rolls, in particular, were outstanding and a must-try—they were some of the best we’ve ever had! Overall, Tam Coc Village Bungalow provided a perfect blend of beautiful scenery, exceptional service, and delicious food, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Free push bikes, cheap as chips Moped rental. Great staff, sorted us a limousine bus back to Hanoi. Unbeatable value for money. The view of the mountains is breathtaking.

This was a hidden gem. You had concierge treatment from the owner. She knew the locations to visit, the times and had bikes we could use or a family member who could drive us. The breakfast was fresh and welcoming each morning. My favorite spot was to drink my tea or beer at night and look out over the rice fields with the back drop of the beautiful limestone mountains.

Wonderful home stay with an excellent location! Close to main road but down a quiet beautiful street where you could relax. There are free bikes to go explore around, breakfast in the morning, and the family who runs it is extremely warm and welcoming. We had a great time staying there!

There could have been more breakfast options for vegan/ vegetarian in morning buffet. That’s more of good to have thing for travellers with dietary requirements.

We really enjoyed the property and the location. It felt like tranquility in the midst of vibrance. The staff was really great and the town was in close proximity.

We reached early in the morning and our checking was at 2 pm. But they gave us the room right away when we reached at 8 am. It was really sweet of them. Plus the room was extremely clean and cute. And loved the location. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Vietnam! ❤️

I loved this bungalow. The staff were so nice, English speaking. Breakfast was amazing daily. The bikes were free to take when wanted. So close to the town/shops. Never went without here. They assist me via WhatsApp but arranging a private car from Hanoi Airport then she booked us a fantastic tour as well as a bus to CatBa (our next stop). LOVED and will recommend.

We arrived to Tam Coc in the middle of the night at 4.30AM after a night bus. The friendliness of the personal is exceptional, we were greeted by the owners brother and we could leave our baggage and wait by the swimming pool. They let us take the free bikes and go wandering around during quiet hours of sunrise, which was an amazing experience. When we got back, the room was ready around 9 AM, although our check in was later, which I am forever grateful for, since we were absolutely exhausted by that point. The place is in a perfect location, just far from the bustle of the town, but nearest cafes and grocery stores are 2 minutes away. Just outside the bungalows there are beautiful views on rice fields and mountains. The bungalow bed was huge, we missed breakfast because we had such great sleep in it. I absolutely recommend staying here.

The location is fabulous, in a quiet lane facing fields and hills. I saw kids ride their bikes in the lane without fear of traffic. Yet it is just a minute's walk from restaurants, cafes, shops etc and is very close to the Tam Coc boat ride. The rooms are small and simple but very clean and comfortable. This small prooerty is well laid out with outdoor seating outside each room, and a charming pool with sunbeds. The owner and her family are kind and helpful. They helped us arrange for a taxi and to get our laundry done. I'd certainly want to go back and spend another vacation at Tam Coc Village Bungalow.

In the bathroom sometimes the water would take a little while to drain after a shower but apart from this everything was perfect

In a nice quiet location, staff were lovely, they had free bikes you could use, bed in the bungalows were massive, really happy with my stay 😊
