The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped. The shower was hot and the breakfast was very good. The WiFi was also excellent, which is great for me as I'm working remotely. The name of the hotel is very suited as the owner was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Tamcoc Vuthanh Friendly Hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel at a reasonable price.

The property was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and felt so homely, there was also a smart TV so we could watch Netflix, the room was a perfect temperature, it was everything we needed. The staff can also help out with renting bikes and any other needs. The breakfast was above expectations! We would definitely stay again we loved our stay here.

It was great

Great very clean hotel and amazing experience. The family is both nice and customer oriented. Upon our arrival, they noticed we have a lot of luggage (traveling with 3 kids) so they gave us an additional room free of charge just for storage! They serve tasty breakfast everyday and learn your favorites over time, they gave us extra food and bags everyday to pack a snack for the kids. We had a computer that required a special adapter to connect to the charger, they went to buy one and gift it to us free of charge! The location is also wonderful, right at the center but very very quiet

Everything! The location is fantastic, steps from all the restaurants and Tam Coc lake, the rooms are big and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was great - so much food! But most of all, the couple who own and manage the hotel are absolutely fantastic! Friendly and super helpful. They helped us rent bicycles and motorcycles, booked our tickets to Hoi An and provided restaurant recommendations based on what we wanted to eat. Highly recommend this place!

Great area, close to lots of local restaurants & bars but hotel was in a quiet area so no noise at night time when trying to sleep! Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing stay here. The staff went above and beyond for us, and really made our stay exceptional. The rooms were clean and big with air con, and the location was perfect to get to where we needed to go. We hired bikes for cheap and had laundry done easily, and the free breakfast was lovely. Able to get to Trang an in about 20 minutes by bike, and the views were lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Ninh Binh. Overall very good value.

The room was spacious, well-maintained and clean. The atmosphere and location was also great. The owners were very kind - when I was feeling sick after checking out, they gave me a warm blanket and allowed me to get some sleep on the sofa. It really saved my day, I'm very grateful :)

Perfect stay, ability to rent motorbikes and bicycles, very attentive hosts who helped us book a bus ticket to Hanoi. Amazing breakfast ! Location is awesome, very quiet and just a few steps away from the busy Main Street. Had a great time and would stay here again !

Everything was perfect! The host was very kind and sweet to us. The room was spacious, pretty and clean. In The bathroom was provided a toothbrush, soap and shampoo and you get clean towels everyday. You can rent a bike or motorbike - the host will arrange it for you (we rented bikes for 50VND/day and explored the whole area - Tam Coc, Trang An, Hoa Lu so I can only recommend it). We loved the breakfast, it was the best we got out of all hotels we have been in Vietnam. You get baguette, fresh pineapple smoothie, fruit and egg omellette - it was delicious. Also the location is in the centre of tam coc but located on the quiet street. I can also recommend to try Bun Cha Ninh Bing in the restaurant right next to the hotel.

Beds were the standard hard bed. Just a warning, but it’s unlikely you’ll find any better around as most stays have this bed type!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is very large and clean. Bathroom was modern and had hot water heater that lasted longer than most stays in the area. Great location right by everything on the Main Street!

A perfect location and very clean. The breakfast was amazing, very complete, and quite substantial with a generous amount of food. Staff were friendly.

Only very minor things. Our bathroom didn't have its own fan but was connected close to the ceiling with another bathroom - you could hear if your neighbors using the shower or toilet or talking in the room (when your/their bathroom door was open). While the place was comfy and the room/floorplan as described in the pictures, the deco and interior design of the place look better in the pics (the photos are heavily edited, which you can see well when you look in detail at them).

This is a great, family-run guesthouse in Tam Coc. Our room was spacious, spotless clean, and comfy. The place is pretty new. We liked the balcony in front of our room. The breakfast was yummy and filling - eggs, baguette, fresh juice, coffee, and fruits. We could check in earlier as soon as the room was cleaned. The location is perfect in Tam Coc, close to the main street with all the restaurants but still not too noisy. We could also rent a motorbike directly from the owner as well as a short-notice bus ticket to Hanoi. Everything worked perfectly. Overall, great value for money, and we would stay here again!
