There are some bugs but this is by no means the hotels fault, you are in nature basically so it expected!

Beautiful location, with the pool viewing the mountains and rice fields! The owner and his family and staff were so kind and helpful they even gave us some water and snacks for our onwards journey.

Tuan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming! We rented a scooter which was very easy and cheap. Beautiful location. Very close to the centre but within the ricefields! Also really enjoyed the footbath :)

Although we made it clear we only wanted one coffee and one juice for breakfast we were given the full breakfast, such a waste. Towels sheets did not need to be changed daily.

Beautiful rural location. Generous staff clearly intent on customer service. Clean, good quality towels and linen. Air conditioning, wifi, fan and fridge all worked well. Hot water at all times. Comfy bed with mosquito nets Breakfast looked good. Pool lovely. No selling of tours etc. Easy 10 minutes walk to restaurants.

The location is excellent! Close to town but it feels remote and secluded. We borrowed bikes and cycled into town which only took a few minutes. There is a party bus/pub in town that blasts musics at night. It's obnoxious in town but you can barely hear it at the accommodation. We were very grateful for that. The staff and owner went above and beyond for all their guests. We felt extremely welcome and well looked after.

Breakfast was a little limited for me as a vegan, lots of fresh fruit, coffee/tea/juice, and choice of bread & eggs (yoghurt cheese & butter also provided) and noodle soups. I had vegetable noodle soup which was delicious but unsure if it was a vegan stock.

Great location, 5 min walk from Tam Coc but secluded & peaceful with a beautiful view. You can cycle on the back paths to Mua cave/dragon viewpoint. Free cycles and scooter hire is only 100k VND/day. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Liked the mosquito nets.

Tuan, the owner, gave us some great suggestions on where to go around Tam Coc and arranged motorbike transportation for us at a great price! The room was clean and very cute, the position is perfect, service is great!

Great location away from the noisy streets of Tam Coc centre but close to main sites. Lush green rice fields. Free bikes to go sightseeing around Tam Coc. Above all, we really appreciated the warm welcome we received from Tuan and his family. Good food, sightseeing map and suggestions, little attentions like complimentary tea, evening foot bath and even water and snacks for the journey back to Hanoi. We highly recommend Tam Coc Wonderland bungalows!

Loved the rural location overlooking rice paddies - and just a 5 minute walk to Tam Coc and many cafes and bars. Free bicycles - mostly flat so easy rides - rode to Mua Cave, only 15 minutes away. The family who own the bungalows were so lovely and thoughtful, organised drivers and transfers for us and served up a delicious breakfast 👌 definitely recommend

Fantastic, quiet location 1km from boat trip. Lovely family run business with a friendly atmosphere, the owners could not be more helpful and arranged day trips and transfers for us. Every time you return from a trip out they greet you with a drink. Free bicycles to use to explore the local area. Nice pool with great views. within walking distance of other homestays and lodges and the main town so there are plenty of places to choose to eat at. They even bring you a nice warm relaxing footbath in the evenings. Large breakfast with choice of tea or coffee plus a choice of fresh fruit juice. Lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, homemade mango jam, bread eggs and pancake.

We didn't like that the window was overlooking a street (not very noisy one but still some cars drove there in the morning).

We liked the room - it was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. The shower was best we had during the whole trip in Vietnam. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff very attentive.

The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk from the town but overlooking the rice fields and very peaceful and quiet. The owner and all of the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. They organised drivers for us who were great and were always around making sure we were happy and well looked after, including bringing a footbath and tea at the end of the day! Breakfast was huge and delicious. Amazing value for money.

Close to town but bit more quiet. Tuan and his staff were amazing. If you need anything tour, transport ask Tuan. Breakfast was amazing. The cinnamon tea every time we came back was delicious and the foot bath and ginger tea before bed was divine. Tuan even gave us a good/drink pack for on our trip to our next destination Thanks Tuan

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lots of fruit, eggs, toast, pancakes, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice. Free use of bicycles Very helpful owners with good English. Foot baths and hot cinnamon tea at night. Owners drove us to catch a bus when the travel agency messed up our pick up.

The hosts were incredible and made our stay at Ninh Binh an amazing experience. They helped with planning tours, travelling around town, and had tea ready for us every time we came back from our adventures. The place is beautiful and the looking is amazing - close to the down town area and hosts provide bicycle to get around.
