Although the staff was kind enough to propose us some tofu for the next morning breakfast upon request, which was very much appreciated, a selection of non-dairy/vegan everyday products in the breakfast buffet (e.g. soymilk, margarine, ...) would be great.

The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the very convenient location: central but still away from nightlife noises. The pool was really nice, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nhon, the receptionist that helped us, was fantastic. Very helpful in planning excursions, and she allowed us to take showers the evening after we checked out before we caught a night bus south. The pool is nice, the location is very central to Tam Coc, but quiet and restful. Rooms had nice bathrooms and strong AC.

Hotel and furniture have seen better days, a little outdated and the high humidity takes its toll.

Great value for money! The hotel is located right in the city center, but calm in a side street. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We even had a big balcony with view on the pool. The staff is really kind and welcoming. The breakfast options were good.

Really nice rooms and common areas. However, what i liked the most it was the treatment from Phuc, the staff member. He is the kindest staff i ever met. He worried for our confort all the time, and made our stay in the hotel excellent. He sort out everything what we asked for but also prepared us snacks for our trip without asking. We couldn’t be more happy with him. Thank you Phuc, you have been amazing! We will definitely come back. Also, they have free bikes and free beers in the afternoon. Other places make you pay extra money for renting bikes. Breakfast is included and its nice and complete. If you need a tour or taxi, they arrange it for you for a super nice price.

The reception service was amazing and went above and beyond by making us feel very welcome and helped us order a taxi whenever we needed right away. The pool was gorgeous with a koi fish pond that is so relaxing and peaceful in the evenings. It stayed very quiet even though there were lots of other people staying there at the time we were there. Breakfast was amazing - eggs were freshly made however you liked! Just a couple steps down past this hotel, you reach the beautiful rice paddies that you can walk through or rent a bicycle for free from the hotel! Tam Coc Holiday is in such a perfect spot of Tam Coc that you can walk everywhere but can still experience the peaceful scenery of Tam Coc 😊

It was perfect!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and tried to extend for a third, but it’s so good, they were fully booked! We had a room with a pool view and the place was wonderful! The staff, especially Phuc, makes you feel welcomed and makes sure you have everything you need! They will arrange tours or taxis for you and give you advice on anything in the Ninh Binh/ Tam Coc area. The room was so comfortable. The bed was nice and the air con and ceiling fan cooled it nicely on the hot Vietnamese days. The bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed. Overall, we’d highly recommend this beautiful property. There’s a reason it’s a 9+ on Booking and Phuc and the staff there live up to the rating!

Loved the location and it was easily accessible. A lot of accom in area is down long painful roads and hard to get to. We didn’t experience that here. It’s near the lake and offer free bikes. The staff are exceptionally accommodating. Welcoming every time you return and Even packing us breakfast as we had an early check out. They offer tour advice and food recommendations to ensure we have the smoothest stay. Free beer at 5pm! Honestly love the place. Bed comfy, room huge, cute balcony. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean

Really great location, very close to centre but down a quiet street. Lovely swimming pool. The bikes provided for free were in top condition. The room was really comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

There is little to complain about other than the construction that was going on next to the Hotel. This is obviously out of the control of the Hotel, and we were always heading out and didn't startup until around 8:00am.

What is there to say, I was here last year and brought the family back this year. This time we booked two of the Villas which were better again, than staying in the main Hotel. Definitely worth that little bit extra. The location is fantastic and staff always friendly. If I come back to Tam Coc I will simply come back here, exceptional value for money.

Wow, what a lovely hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, great Pool and even the bikes were ok. Location was very close to the centre and with the bile it was a 30 minutes ride to Mua Caves and Trang An.

Our check in and out was very well organized. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. The electricity was out from 5am till 7am and lift didn't work which made it a little inconvenient.

The rooms were spacious with balcony. The staff was helpful and able to understand English. Great location within walking distance of the boating point and eating place. Highly recommended.

Staff in reception is very helpful. Quick and welcoming check-in process. They gave brief explanation about Tam Coc, Ninh Binh and Trang An. Additionally, their laundry service is very quick and at fair value (30,000 VND for 1 kg). You can use it without hesitation.

Le Phuc was the best hotel manager possible. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. One of our friends even forgot his passport and he shipped it directly to our hotel in Hanoi. The hotel itself is great. The breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are everything we can ask for. The free bike rental was a very nice touch as well! I highly recommend!
