There is nothing that we did not like. The hotel was excellent and completely exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast could be more diverse with vegetables, cheese and fresh bread. But it still was good!

We stayed here for a few days to explore the area around Ninh Binh, but also to relax and chill. It was the perfect location and we loved everything about it! It is quiet, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, and also the resort is not too big (we think about 13 rooms/houses). Staff is lovely, super attentive and speaks some English. The resort is brand-new, both rooms and the "garden" were beautiful. We loved the pool, it is big and very nice for swimming and we had it for ourselves most of the time. Food is of course a bit more pricy than in town, but that is okay and we even expected it to be more pricy. Local dishes are still cheap, while Western dishes are obviously more expensive but we haven't eaten those anyway. Breakfast was amazing! Great variety of Asian and western cuisine. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone who would like to enjoy Ninh Binh outside of loud and touristy town of Tam Coc.

Staff: The staff are amazing. The service is the best we have experienced. Liam and Mrs. Linh are so kind and very thoughtful. It was my birthday and they noticed by seeing the date on my passport and got me a suprise cake. They always ensured that we were comfortable and assisted us with anything we requested. Upon check-in, we were told about the area, including sights and things to do. The other staff we had contact with were also so kind and helpful. Food: The food was great. We ate at the restaurant and got room service a couple of times. The staff were so kind at explaining what sauces go with what as well. Breakfast was also very good, with many items for people with dietary requirements. The juices and coffee were so delicious. Grounds: The gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful. The view of the mountains is just stunning. It was like we were in a tropical paradise. There are plenty of sitting areas around the retreat. Room: The best hotel room we have stayed in. The decor and furniture are just perfect for the room. The bed was huge and super comfortable. There was a bathtub in our room which we enjoyed as well. They also have robes and slippers for use. Everything was so thoughtful. The room also had daily complimentary water. Others: The retreat has complimentary bikes, so we went on a lovely ride one morning. The staff also booked us return transfer from the airport and to Hanoi. This was very helpful. We wish that we had more time there to enjoy the retreat. I highly recommend this retreat. It was the highlight of our time in Vietnam. We will certainly come back, especially because the staff are so kind.

Tam Coc Retreat was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The location is incredible, both surrounding and inside the villa which has a lovely garden and pool area. The staff were very accomodating and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The villa/room was a generous size for our family, beautifully furnished and comfortable, great AC and aspect. The breakfast was ample, and the dinner I had in the restaurant was some of the best food I ate in Vietnam. I would highly recommend this Villa for a trip to Ninh Binh or Tam Coc, our only regret was that we didn't stay a couple more nights. Thanks Liam and Lin.

A few hiccups from the waitstaff at the restaurant but probably due to the fact they only recently opened. Nothing that can't be sorted out. The pool could be cleaned a bit better as well, but nothing too bad.

Linh is an absolute keeper! She is absolutely wonderful and her attitude and service are simply outstanding. The resort location is to us the best area to stay in to explore Tam Coc and the surrounding area. Overall we had a really great stay and would stay there again without hesitating.

Everything was perfect

We loved everything about this place! It`s a new resort, incredibly beautiful, and the house we stayed in was just perfect. The garden is lovely and the views are a dream. Most of all, the staff were so nice, we would like to send a big thank you for that. The restaurant is also really good, we ended up having all our meals there and were very happy. Breakfast with a view was an experience to remember, we felt so lucky to be there. Perfect place, great value, highly recommended. Wish we could be there again

This was a great place to stay. The villa we had was perfect, a lovely little complex with the most helpful staff, they couldn't do enough for us. It is a little out of town, but I liked that, it was easy to get a taxi into town and we hired motorbikes through reception at the hotel.

Food is not on the same level as the setting. The bicycles were not in good condition. 100K VND to Tam Coc in taxi is OK, but food there wasn't great either (Thuy Linh & Tam Coc Lantern)

This is a recently opened retreat built with style and attention to design detail; set in a beautiful garden landscape. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the town but the perfect distance to access everything by bicycles provided by the resort. The individual bungalows are tranquil, private immaculately appointed with an exquisite bathroom. The pool is pristine and in the center of the gardens. A virtual oasis!

It's a little drive away from Ninh Binh, did not bother us - as we had a motorbike, but I know this might be a problem for others who are planning to walk. But if you can get over it, this is an amazing place to stay at.

The Reatreat was a small paradise on earth. The room was really above our expectations and the bed was super comfortable. The swimming pool clean and really inviting. great choice of food with huge portions (pay attention when ordering) we also took the free bikes to ride in the surroundings rice fields and to the close temple. Everything is new as the place has been recently opened.

The place is gorgeous, well kept, amazingly beautiful rooms, gardens and pool. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful and happy. We are going back in a couple of days because we enjoyed it so much. The style and design of the whole resort is gorgeous.

My only comment would be a cleaner pool if I had to pick on something

We appreciated the peace this resort offered. Newly opened, but working very hard to make our stay so so comfortable. Some distance from the Ninh Binh restaurant buzz, but if you are looking to relax this is the place. The grounds are lush, tropical with mountain back drop. It's green and stunning.  Our room was an individual unit, very comfortable , large king size bed, no TV,  air conditioning struggled, but with a combination of fan and AC the room was cool. Bathroom well appointed,  rustic viet style. Lovely pool area, although the water a little warm so cooling off was a challenge. Restaurant facilities were very limiting, so would recommend heading into town for options. The resort offers  bikes for hire or take a taxi. We would come back for sure .

There was building work which was unfortunate. The hotel is small and at one point it was overrun by some very loud and boisterous French children whose parents did not check and this changed the whole feel of the hotel. There were small ants in the bedroom and it was irritating that the hot water ran out in the bath after about 5 cms of water.

I recently stayed at your hotel seeking a peaceful retreat, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The construction works near the pool disrupted my mornings, beginning at 7:30 am, and continued during breakfast. Despite bringing this to the attention of the reception on the first day, there was no resolution, and the noisy works persisted for the next two days, even starting early on the weekend. This inconsistency with the advertised tranquility was disappointing. The could have done it during the day when the guest are out but not in the morning. Additionally, the recommended bath tub didn't work, and there was insufficient hot water, further diminishing the quality of my stay. The hotel's location, coupled with the inconvenience of needing a taxi for 100k VND to reach the main area, added to the overall dissatisfaction. Regrettably, based on this experience and considering the price, I would not stay at this hotel again.
