Good and clean rooms, staff is very helpful and provides you with everything you need. We came early 6:30am with a night bus and booked a room for the next night. When we arrived there was already a room ready and cleaned for us so we could get a few hours of extra sleep! Amazing service.

The as a host was very helpful. Booked car for us to various sites. Even booked a limousine to take us back to our hotel in Hanoi at a much cheaper rate than we were charged for coming to Tam Coc. Very comfortable stay. Beautiful hotel. Very low rates. Highly recommended 👌

There is honestly nothing that we didn’t like about this Homestay

This stay was the highlight of our trip in Vietnam. The location is perfect for the Tom Coc village and the family owning the home stay are the nicest people we have come across so far. They’re are so kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning outside the room is a lovely touch and the food & drinks are delicious. We can rent bikes off them which is very handy for getting around, we were able to cycle to the MUA Caves & Bird Valley. The family also helped us with booking our bus from Tom Coc to our next stop. If you’re staying in Tom Coc I would definitely recommend staying in this home stay.

Wow, what a brilliant homestay! The hosts from start to finish went above and beyond and made our visit to Tam Coc one of our favourite destinations in Vietnam so far. Fantastic location near all the activities you desire to do and they are really helpful in telling you about what to do in the area. We hired a cycling bike to get around which was a great fun as the roads are quite quiet. Honestly, would recommend to anyone, we loved it here!! Thank you!!

Very lovely and welcoming hosts. Unfortunately I developed food poisoning (nothing to do with the hosts or the food I ate there) and I had to leave earlier than planned. Look forward to visiting them soon and staying for a whole week.

I loved my stay and the sweet and kind couple running the homestay. They would take my breakfast order the day before and bring it at the requested time outside my door. They always had a vase on the table with fresh cut flowers from their garden. On International Women's Day, they gave me two little gifts, a little pouch and a handkerchief that had lovely hand stitched decoration by the husband. Their neighbor also helped book my bus to Sa Pa. On my last day, the wife invited me over for a delicious home cooked lunch with greens from her garden. Loved the location! Close enough to walk to the lake and surrounding restaurants, but also quiet since it's down a little alley away from the main street. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful, the garden is so beautiful, full with flowers and citrus trees that smell so fresh and amazing. It was like staying in paradise. The family is lovely, organized a bus for us the last minutes and even if we only stayed for 1 night the lady host whom we communicated with through google translate hugged me a goodbye, so sweet.

The owners speak very little English, but are super accommodating, this is by far the best place we have stayed in our 3 weeks in Vietnam so far. I would highly recommend you to stay, the location is excellent, the service is excellent. 10/10

Our stay at the Tam Coc Family Homestay exceeded all our expectations. The hosts were AMAZING- so kind, generous, and extremely helpful. Anything we may have needed, whether it was arranging transportation to our next destination, help with amenities, or input on the sights to see, they went above and beyond. Cannot thank them enough for making our stay and time in Tam Coc so great!! Check-in and check-out were easy and our room was incredibly comfortable. We ended up changing our plans and staying another night, to which the hosts were flexible and made super easy. Breakfast was great, they have a menu that you order from the day before and you set the time according to your plans for the day. It is then delivered right to your porch. It includes a meal, a tea or coffee, and a juice. The location is ideal; the homestay is located off one of the main roads and is walking distance from any of the shops/restaurants. (Special shoutout to the Family Restaurant, located less than 2 min away from the homestay, a must-eat! The people are GREAT and great food too!) We sat by the water in the center of town and watched the sunset, highly recommend. The sightseeing locations (Mua Peak, Trang An, Bird Sanctuary) can be reached by 25-35 min manual bike or 10-15 motorbike ride. Motorbike and bicycles can be rented directly from the homestay. I truly cannot recommend the Tam Coc Family Homestay enough!!

Lovely People, who like taking care of their guests. 100% clean, which is why I came back to this place a second time. Breakfast is good. Perfect location, close to all restaurants and the Tam Coc Boats. The nice couple who owns this place even invited me to have dinner when they had some friends over and it was very sweet of them! The son arranged a bus for me at lower price than the other agents, so you can really trust them! This is a very good budget option ! Would come back and can 100% recommend this place!

Nothing. The couples are unable to speak English, but assisted by a neighbour as a translator. The neighbour is kind and friendly too.

Comfort and clean room, good water pressure for bath, nice surrounding with owners small garden. Great location, at Tam Coc town but located in one of alley, not noisy. Operates by a pair old couples, offered superb hospitality. Truly heart-warming and a home at Ninh Binh. Strongly recommended. The homestay can help in booking scooter and transit bus too.

The owners are a lovely couple with warm family attention, services and advises, often offering fruits and drinks. The rooms are individual little houses in a so charming garden with fruit trees quiet and peaceful.

The best place to stay in Tam Coc. Location is right in the centre of town but quiet.The building is new the bungalows are surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The room has all the mod cons. To be honest, pretty much all the guesthouses in Tam Coc are a similar price and include identical facilities - It's like they have set template & everyone offers the same things as next door. What made this place extra special was the couple the run it, so friendly and warm. We used Google translate & it was a good laugh 😃 The lady even hugged me goodbye and gave us fruits, water and special homemade tea. The breakfast was homemade & we also gpt cheap laundry and bike rental. Highly recommend to anyone!

This little homestay is so lovely and welcoming. We stayed in Tam Coc for two night and it felt like we were family. The owners offered us all kinds of help and gave us a delicious breakfast (with lots of options). We wished we could of stayed longer! They offer to booked your travel to the next destination and have scooter and bike rental. If I ever find myself back in Tam Coc I hope this homestay is still there!
