The female staff in the front desk in the morning, she’s not approachable and not willing to help you. However the guy who checked us in are nice and is kind. The bathroom, it floods when you take a shower. Like really flood the whole bathroom. No enclosure shower enclosure. No proper planning of the design. Pls mind to lock your veranda all the time, the guest from other room can access you veranda easily.

The gym equipment was rusty and not really useable. The breakfast was not one of the best we have had this past few weeks.

The size of our room was good and having a couch to sit on was great. The pool was a great size.

Breakfast was disappointing-I had to complain in second day as there was little left by 8:30. However staff did improve on this the following day. Tiles in bathroom needed a good scrub and shower was impractical. Sun loungers has seen better days and needed seat pads.

Lots of little problems - 2 sinks with neither plug working and no hot water on one, electric socket that did not work, internet very poor and a shirt I sent to the laundry came back with stains on that had not been there before sending! These were all sorted quickly by the staff but should not really have had that many little things going wrong.

If I were to nick pick because it’s overall a great hotel at good value, the only thing was the WiFi was at times difficult to log into.

It’s the perfect location with a large swimming pool for the hot months. On the river but a few hundred yards away from all the bars and restaurants and about 1km away from the ancient Hoi A city! Bicycles are available to hire at 30,000 per bike and a great & easy way to explore the city and all it has to offer.

Very spacious room.and balcony; big swimming pool. For what we paid, it really was great value and provided everything we needed. Location is ideal for Hoi An.

Great big room with large balcony. Very comfortable. Beautiful pool and outdoor area - very relaxing, best pool so far in two trips to Vietnam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was right on the river at the edge of Ancient Town so it was relatively quiet too. Certainly would rebook 😍

My partner woke up in the middle of the night as she could hear something making a scratching noise behind the bed, maybe a rodent? Not sure but she struggled to settle down after that. Not a lot of privacy on the balcony but we still enjoyed sitting out there.

We loved the location of this hotel, it is very close to the action. The room was huge with a shower and a bath which was very nice after travelling for so long - and the water was lovely and warm.

The shower needs a screen so it doesn’t splash water everywhere. The bathroom basin and toilet are a bit dated. Room 105 smelt a bit damp. But our other rooms were ok.

1. The bathroom tiles were slippery. Every time we used the shower, the whole bathroom is flooded with water and makes the tiles more slippery. The bathroom and toilet had a bad smell too, maybe from the sewer piping line. They didn't provide enough hooks to hang used towels. Only 1 hook inside the shower. Shower gel and shampoo were not refilled during our stay. 2. The breakfast can be improved. They didn't refill any food or drinks that have finished. Breakfast ends at 10am but by 9am, some trays on the buffet line were already empty and by 9.30am the staff started to clear any empty tray/plate from the buffet area. 3. The room is not soundproofed. We could hear noises from the corridor. But, it was not so bad as by midnight the place is quiet.

The location is amazing!!! Very close to the old quarter. The staff were helpful and friendly.

its a bit old and dated now, bath plug didnt work until fixed, generally it needs a bit of maintenance, but also not too bad. the gyum needs totally taking out and updating as old and dirty (it still works just about though, but its strange the walls and room are so dirty and badly maintained). Pool is nice. Staff are friendly. The bicycles are in front but u have to pay extra (which is nonsese, the bikes should be included free especially since the hotel isnt cheap and its a tiny cost for them)

the resort is very well located on the river, with a short walk along to the ancient city (its just outside the paid area so u can still drive in and out any time). the location could not be better

Minor criticism about power points in the room - didn’t seem to work very well, but did work and may have had something to do with our converter bought in Australia. ***Would not stop me from booking here again.
