Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

SlovakiaThe owner is a lovely energetic lady, she helps you with any question and makes sure that you feel comfortable. She also did a great tour of floating markets for us and show us many local places to taste local flavours. Our room was perfectly clean and prepared, it is definitely great value for money.

GermanyThe room is nothing special but very clean and got everything you need for your stay. Ms. Ha is probably the nicest person we've met so far on our journey through Vietnam. I highly recommend for everyone to stay at her homestay. Her tour to the floating markets is an absolute must. We went in a small boat with 4 people to the market and many small villages near the city to learn about agriculture and the process of making rice noodles. Be careful, Ms Ha won't stop giving you the most tasty food.

GermanyMs. Ha is the perfect host: She is very caring, made us feel like home from the first minute and provided us with all the information we needed. She also helped us to organize our ongoing trip from Can Tho to Con Dao islands. Her guesthouse is basic but equipped with everything you need and located in a friendly neighborhood right in the center of Can Tho. It’s easy to explore the inner city by foot. Ms. Ha made our time in Can Tho and Mekong Delta unique; the boat trip with her was wonderful. We went “off the beaten tracks” and met so many local people, who showed and told us about their everyday life in the delta. It was much more then we expected and hoped for and we’re overwhelmed by the nature of the people.

BrazilEverything was great!
The location is great, near to everything. The place is very clean, Hot shower and AC working great. It is in The end of a alley, so you get the chance to feel part of the neiborhood. But the most important: MS Ha herself. Even though we were there in the Middle of a holiday, when the float Market is not really working, se managed to guide us in a amazing tour. She is very kind, carefull, and now, a friend. She takes care of us in a lovelly way. She showed us the Best places to eat, what to do, and we had an amazing cultural exchange. We loved to be there, and we Will certainly come back someday.

CanadaOh Ms. Ha, what a wonderful host. Her guesthouse is nestled away in an alley and she greets you with fruit and drinks as soon as you arrive. Her English is excellent and her knowledge and wit are impeccable. Do not miss out on her early morning tour. It is well worth the 4:00am start time, trust me. She is funny and lovely, and we had the best time with her. If you want the most authentic Can Tho experience, stay with Ms. Ha. Overall, I would rate her guesthouse as our best stay in all of Vietnam. The room was great, but the experience was once in a lifetime.

New ZealandThe pillows weren’t great and the bed quite noisy but it was comfortable enough.
This homestay felt more like a relative’s home than an paid accommodation. Ms Ha is very hardworking and helpful - you see her helping guests all day long, as well as people who come to see her that aren’t guests. The homestay is basic but clean and comfortable. There’s a lady next door who sells delicious noodles - a different kind every day! The mekong tour (floating market and noodle factory) is very interesting where you get to see locals go about their everyday lives. The village bike ride was also interesting - you cover more ground at a faster pace so less time to people watch and get commentary but it was still fun to bike around. The tours aren’t cheap but there are also snacks and drinks included in the tour 😊

United StatesFor an authentic stay and great value, this guesthouse is an excellent choice. Mrs Ha is delightful, and happy to share her knowledge of the area. Don't miss her floating market tour - I am certain that no one has as much fun on the Mekong Delta boat tour as Mrs. Ha's lucky guests. The room was lovely and well worth walking up all of those stairs. Mrs Ha helped me reserve a bus ticket to HCMC which made the trip so easy.

Ma. Ha is one of the kindest, most hospitable hosts we’ve encountered in our travels. From checking in to organizing tours to recommendations to arranging transportation to check out, Ms. Ha is there to assist every step of the way. Not to mention how awesome her Mekong Delta floating market tour is! The guesthouse itself is clean, spacious and very comfortable. New ZealandWe loved our stay at Ms Ha’s! First of all, our room was spotless (felt like the cleanest room we’d ever slept in) and very quiet at night despite being close to the market and bustling streets. Ms Ha is very generous, we were fed lots of fruit during our stay and she offered to organise tours, buses, and anything else we needed while we were there. We enjoyed the river tour, our guide was really engaging and knowledgeable.

She includes in the tour some other stops, picture opportunities and a lot of amazing food. The next day we did a motorbike tour with her aswell because we were so impressed from the first day. AustraliaNothing I could think of.
Besides the spotlessly clean and comfortable room with a spacious balcony (top floor), I highly appreciated the extraordinary attention from Ms Ha, the local legend. Her Mekong river/floating market tour was not only so much fun, but she cared above the ordinary, so I can see what I came for. Ms Ha will always find a way to make you feel satisfied. She goes beyond any ordinary tour operator's practice. I stayed two nights, and every evening, Ms Ha took us around eateries, food markets, and restaurants and introduced us to a wide variety of meals, which she thoroughly explained. This was extraordinary, and I recommend Ms Ha's guesthouse 100%. The stay has a superb value.
