Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsThe bed is very hard, even for Asian standards. Anyways you book this guesthouse for the tour Ms. Ha gives.
Ms. Ha is an amazing host and great tour guide. We did her Mekong Delta tour and we loved it: two floating markets, a noodle factory, nature and local food. It seemed very local and not a touristic activity. Ms. Ha provides a 5 star service: rehash fruit on arrival and took us personally by scooter to exchange money. We strongly recommend to stay with her and book her tour.

New ZealandGreat room, everything you need. Clean towels daily. Great location, nice little neighbourhood. Away from noise of Main Street. Quick walk to walking street and the river. Ha the owner is a special person and really makes your stay, we will lever forget her. Lots of useful info and support with booking onward journey. Opt for the longer floating market tour, its up there with one of our best experiences in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend.

NetherlandsRoom was really outdated with some real damages. But ok for the price. Also the neighbourhood feels really poor. So you can say it is a cultural area. It feels safe enough though!

Czech RepublicCosy little guesthouse in the middle of a local neighborhood, there wasn't many tourists apart from us, which was great. Ms Ha is very helpful with getting to the place, recommendations and booking buses. We also took an early morning tour with her on the river markets and it was definitely worth waking up super early! We tried some local fruits, noodle soup, coffee and also got to see how the rice noodles are made locally. It was great fun and we would recommend doing the tour while staying with Ms Ha!

Mrs Ha does everything to make sure you have a good time - which we did. Her guesthouse is clean and functional with good air con and showers. Her tours are exceptional and much much more than the usual tourist trail. We really enjoyed the morning boat tour particularly the plant nursery , noodle making factory and the quiet very picturesque canal. We also did a very beautiful tour to a nature area that very few tourists go to. Mrs Ha also help us book our onward travel - a very kind and helpful lady with over 18 years experience in looking after travellers. We would highly recommend her.

The room was quiet and the room was very clean. Ms Ha was a great host and really took care of us like a mother. We also did the long tour to the floating market with her and getting up that early was definitely worth it as she explained and showed a lot of local culture with us. Also she helped us with booking the bus back to Saigon and everything worked smoothly. Thank you for that great experience!

United KingdomWe choose the Thanh Hà guesthouse as her Mekong tour sounded great! We decided to take the longer tour that started at 3.50am and it was wonderful to see the two different markets. We also visited the noodle factories and were drinking sake reasonably early! Ms Ha has a fantastic sense of humour but is also like mother hen, making sure we are where we should be. We had plenty of food to eat on our tour too so you won't go hungry. Thank you Ms Hà, you made our visit to the Mekong very memorable and thank you for organising our onward travel.

Cut home stay, friendly and accommodating. Ms.Ha is the best🥰. She provides an amazing tour to the real floating market, as well as snacks. Cruising through canals, stopping to drink coconut milk, working rice noodle operation, etc. very hardworking and accommodating individual. Home stay is back off of street, down alley, quiet away from the hustle and bustle of noise but so walkable

LithuaniaI would have liked shampoo and liquid soap in the room.
After a week in Vietnam this was my first stay that I really understood what Vietnamese hospitality could and should be like. The host was extremely helpful in all aspects and spoke good english. She not only explains the best way to get to her, but she provided early check in free of charged, gave me a glass of a cold drink and explained everything about the city and gave me a map. And ofcourse I was going there to see the floating markets and the Mekong delta, so I took her guided tour by boat, the price is realy fair and in the tour she will tell you about the local life, you will see 2 floating markets and a few noodle making factories. The host will feed you, give you drinks and sweets, take care of you and will book all your travel needs to continue your journey. She booked all the busses needed for my next destination, a car took me to and from her house for free and I was all set without needing to spend hours searching and googling my way around. Much recommended, be sure to take her tour when you come and just relax and enjoy your time!

ItalyThe bed was the only thing I didn't like. Very hard but I think it is because of European standards, but didn't sleep much unfortunately. Can't say if the bad was bad or if in Vietnam they prefer hard beds.
The host is such an amazing woman! She is so nice but also such a happy person, ready to help but also to make you feel at home in a sincere way. She is so funny and it was so fun to make the tour with here. Didn't feel a tourist at all! She explains a lot, but in a relaxing and interesting way, and not like many tour guides do. Also the room was very simple but clean and nice and tidy. As soon as we arrived she gave us tea and fruits. She is a great woman and you will feel like being at home with someone fun and a bit crazy, in a very good way! She is just amazing!

MontenegroThe stay at Ms Ha's house was amazing because she was such a great host! The room we stayed in was very basic but we stayed only for one night so we did not really care. The best part was the tour we did with Ms Ha, that starts at 3.40 AM and lasts until 11AM. She showed us the floating martket and surrounding villages. Everything was very fun, I would definitely recommend!

GermanyI had an amazing stay at Ms. Ha’s guesthouse. The main reason being her extraordinary Mekong delta tour, where she showed us spots off the beaten track and was so kind and knowledgeable. As for the accommodation itself, it was simple but had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay - and it was very clean! Would definitely recommend staying with Ms. Ha for any travellers wishing to explore the area!

NetherlandsThe bed is a bit hard, but you will have to wake-up early for the tour anyway.
Definitely book this guesthouse if you want to have a great tour through the Mekong Delta - the floating markets are for the local tradesmen, no tourist vibe at all. Ms. Ha will show you the small Mekong channels and also bring you to some noodle factories. It is great, really authentic and you can enjoy the sunrise on a small boat. Ms. Ha will give you so much food, it is impossible to be hungry. The price for the room is very low because it is basic but has everything you need - the value is all in the tour. Ms Ha is a character but you’ll warm up to her once she goes in caring and tour guide mode - nothing but love when you leave.
