It did not have breakfast. The bed was not comfortable.

Value for money was good. Facilities were in good conditio . Air conditioner was excellent. I think the price is cheap and affordable.

Says on booking that there was a swimming pool but we never saw / were told about one upon checking in. Also, we noticed staff had entered our room on two occasions when we were not there which we really did not like. Receptionist already knew prior to us checking out what we had consumed from minibar so we didn’t appreciate it knowing staff had been in our room.

Good value for money. Cheap! Hotel has an elevator which was good. 10-15 minute walk to dragon bridge. Elderly couple / owners were very nice! Room has fridge, air con, tv, hairdryer - all the essentials :)

Unfortunately the boss of the hotel, who speaks a good English, is friendly and gets problems solved is almost never there. On her behalf there is a young woman who doesn't speak even a tiny bit of English, nor is she really interested in doing a good job. She needs the translator even for things like "glass of water". No customer service. My impression was that she maybe prefers domestic tourists from Vietnam, not international. Breakfast comes always as a baguette with egg, without salt, water or serviettes, so be prepared.

My room didn't have a window, so it was nicely dark. Mattress good. 15 minute walk to dragon bridge, 10 minute cab ride to the beach. Hotel is central.

Stayed one night and had everything we needed. Arrived at 11.30 on tet evening and could still check in so that was helpful! Free breakfast although basic is great value for money considering the price of the stay! Very friendly staff!

The location was practical (city center, 15 minutes from the market, close to the airport), the staff was very nice and helpful and the room is simple but comfortable and has everything you need. The breakfast (bread and omelet without drink) is included.

No light, total darkness, at the floor path leading to rooms & elevator. Scary; good thing I had a flashlight with me. Hotel SHOULD leave lights on when dark. No half-body-sized mirror, only a mirror in toilet for the face. Also, no new toilet paper supply after Day 1.

-elevator access, smooth soft, clean bed sheets, flexible time when requested to have a 7 a.m. breakfast (I had it at 7:30), safe surroundings with coffee shops where solo travelers could walk around.

Communicating with staff for smaller dan smaller stuffs was a nightmare they don't speak English at all and Dey understand a single word of English using translator for every thing was stressful though Dey were nice welcoming and house keeping staff jus enter the room without even knocking 😔😔

Room was very spacious and clean daily house keeping and two wheeler rental available which is convenient and close by beach dragon bridge and other famous attractions and also laundry service 😊😊😊😊

It is not completely in the center, so you need to walk quite a bit to the night market etc.

Everything was super clean and modern. You have your own mini bar in the room and they offer free breakfast.

The bed sure felt hard at first, but I had no issues sleeping on it. Room window didn't close properly as it was leaking during heavy rain. Very limited common areas, the breakfast was served in the lobby.

10 minute drive away from the airport. Many restaurants nearby. They even made my bed while I was away for an overnight trip to Hoi An! The breakfast was okay, though no drinks were served. The hotel has a banh mi stand with cheap sandwiches! For this price, this was a great pick!
