They asked customer had to wait until 2pm to check in while the room was ready to live in. Why ? They did not care who you are, I made a big mistake when I booked this hotel.

cockroaches. there were 4 of them for the entire penetration. and a bunch of ants. HORRIBLE BREAKFAST! I was very disappointed to eat the same thing every day. There is nothing except scrambled eggs and baguette. During cleaning, the linen was not changed, but rearranged.

The bed was like sitting on a brick wall with a sheet put over the top of it, the room had a mouldy smell to it, and the shower head holder was broken so we had to hold it up ourselves. However for the cheap price it was all expected and completely passable.

The free breakfast was nice, can’t complain for that price! The location was okay and the staff were nice and helpful :)

Very hard beds, very crowded and the first smell that hits you when you arrive to the room is obnoxious. But for it’s price it has everything that you would need for a day or two (except it doesn’t even have soap - which should be mandatory since covid-19). The thing that made us leave the room after 2-3 hours was the bugs that we found along the wall. In combination with everything else, we did not want to take any chances with us leaving with tiny bugs in our luggages.

Booking.com confirmation said, it is a triple room with one single and one large bed. However, there was only one bed. Further, though stated in the booking confirmation, no tea/coffee maker or electric kettle found in the room. In the washbasin and bathroom the water just drips, doesn't flow. We didn't get any hot water on the second day. This hotel does not even provide a glass of water for free in the room. Every hotel/guesthouse worth the name provides at least one bottle of water (even if it is only half a litre or less) free per person per day. Not so in this hotel. Never have I had the experience of such a hotel/guesthouse anywhere else. A bottle of water doesn't cost a fortune. But by not providing it, this type of property would lose customers like us forever. A piece of round dry bread and omelette is served daily as breakfast. When even a glass of water is NOT available for FREE, certainly that kind of establishment does NOT DESERVE any patronage. I don't wish to waste my time writing any more. A word of caution for intending customers: If you pay the room rent by International Visa/MasterCard, the additional fee charged is 5% (against the norm of 3% elsewhere).

The elevator is a bit slow but not really a big issue. As for the “banh mi” they are selling, I just hope that the lady who is preparing it will use hand gloves. I hope they can also add more tables where guests can eat their breakfast.

I really like the fact that the owner is very hands-on. She is very accommodating, welcoming, and always smiling. I really appreciate her PR skills. She also speaks good English. As to the hotel room, it is very nice and huge. It has everything I needed. I also like the location of the hotel as it is not that far from airport and there are a lot of restaurants and fastfood chain nearby.

Never did find the advertised spa.

Excellent rooms, friendly and efficient staff, reasonable breakfast and all at an amazingly cheap price. Good location with easy access to restaurants, shops and bars. Highly recommended.

Pool, spa and sauna are not available, had a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom, the fridge was insanely loud, staff woke us up in the morning to ask if we wanted the room cleaned, the water took about 8 minutes to run hot, mattress felt like ply wood and there was no toilet paper provided. We also hired a scooter which was given to us with no gas, so we filled it up and left it parked in the hotel overnight, in the morning more than half a tank was gone so we are assuming it got cyphened.

It's quite dirty, it's a very old hotel, the cleanliness is mediocre, dust under the beds, bathroom divisions stained with soap. A lot of noise in the mornings, everything is heard in the rooms, when they move the beds, they squeak all over the place. The attention is good but the cleanliness is mediocre.

The beds are hard, the fridge is very old and very noisy to have it connected. The doors sound very hard every time they close. There are no windows, the hotel is in poor condition.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the walls had stains on them as well as the bedding and we had ants in our room.

Behavior and they took every water bottle charges. There is no drinking water facility in the room. Also they opened the room without inform you. So when we were in a day trip they opened the room for cleaning, but they didn't take the permission from us before that. This is very bad..

The first two rooms we were offered were awful- one had serious damp. The pool was closed even though they told us it was open on the morning of arrival. Bread and eggs breakfast was included, but no drink with it?

The decor was a little tired and the bed was very hard to sleep on. The roof terrace and swimming pool are non existent but as I wasn't paying very much it didn't matter to me. The breakfast is a very basic egg banh.

I was happy with the hotel as the price was very reasonable and the location was very close to many of the sites.
