The breakfast could have had more to chose from.

It is close to the airport, has all the necessities. It is clean, hot water in the shower, the internet works, the decoration is neutral and 'natural'. The plus is a big window with lots of natural light (and also a light proof curtain to shut it out in case you want to sleep longer) Cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

It’s close to the airport but quite far away from central. Not many restaurants around and traffic jam on the main street nearby is ridiculous.

The room was nice and clean. It’s locate in a small alley so it’s not too noisy but can be a little hard to access with car during busy hours. Staff were helpful. Free water bottles every day. Buffet styled Breakfast from 6.30-9.30 is quite nice.

The only downside is the distance to city center. You will need to drive or hire transport to go there.

The staff! Kim Yên and Duc Huy were especially warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious enough. The biggest perk with this hotel is it is the closest to the airport. So, you can choose it on your way to visit other places or back home. It also has nice restaurants and cafés nearby.

When we arrived, our room was not ready, but the staff was not aware about that, so when we got the access card and reached our room, a cleaning person was a bit surprised to see us, same as we were. We got another room, on another flor, and even though it's not allowed to smoke in the hotel, somehow the room on the first floor had a very strong smoking odor. So we had to wait until our original room will be cleaned. After this issue was resolved, our stay was good.

Location is a key for this hotel, close enough to the airport with just a short taxi ride. Located in a very quiet street, so you can get a good sleep. Rooms are good, not all of them have a view, but for one night sleep it's okay. Breakfast is located on a top floor with nice view. Staff was friendly and supportive.

We had a very comfortable stay at Thanh Lan… the room was bigger than I expected with a very comfy bed. Bathroom also a good size. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was plenty of choice for us. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful especially as our plane was delayed and we arrived at 2.30am Location was also very good.. not far from airport and coffee shop😊

I sent them an email in advance asking for a taxi to pick us up from the airport, but they didn't check my email, so we ended up having to pay 150,000 dong for a taxi for just 5 minutes. There is a big hole without glass wildow om bathroom wall, facing outside stair case so from the stairs anyone may be able to see the showroom??? Strange. We were given a room on the 9th floor but unfortunately the elevator didn't reach the 9th floor so we had to walk the stairs. The hallway on the 9th floor was dusty and one of the rooms door was always opened, so I didn't feel good passing by.

Instead of breakfast, the hotel gave us a transpotation to the airport where takes only 5 minutes. I appreciate it. The staffs are friendly. The room was good.

Aircon wasn't on when we first arrived in room, but cooled down quite quickly.

Staff were fantastic. Manager even travelled in the car to the airport with us and found us a luggage trolley :)

I had to settle the accommodation bill in cash using VND. The receptionist informed me their POS terminal was not working and the payment must be made in cash. This is inconvenient and unacceptable from a hotel near airport. I did not have this problem from any other hotels in Vietnam during this trip.

The hotel is very close to the airport which was great to catch our early morning flight. There are some restaurants and convenient stores nearby which is really good. The quality and range of breakfast is satisfactory.

The hotel is excellent BUT getting a taxi from the airport is almost impossible unless you pre-book (either with the hotel or with Booking, etc.)! The hotel is so close to the airport, the fare is only 60K VND and the Be and Grab drivers won't accept a fare that low. And the airport taxi rank is chaos, with dozens of people competing for each taxi. Note: The hotel offers transport for 150K, but only between 8AM-5PM, so if you arrive after 4PM (domestic) or 3PM (int'l), you may not be able to meet the driver before 5PM.
