All noise from the halls can be heard in the rooms (at least mine). Half the night a bunch of teenagers walked through the halls and just talked, but it sounded like a drunken party. The fitness room is… well… let’s say, it has seen better days.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and a good restaurant, also one at the roof top. Very good value for the price

We arrived at roughly 10PM and everything outside was pretty closed. We also didn't enjoy walking around the hotel at night. The room itself was very basic, walls weren't clean and it looks like some of the construction works in the room weren't finished.

Staff were friendly and spoke good english. Buffet breakfast included a decent variety but almost no vegetarian options.

There's no wall nor curtain between shower and toilet so everytime you take shower, the toilet gets wet.

-The interior of the room requires renovation. We stayed in room 308 with a broken soap container in the shower. Also, room 308 does not look exactly like the picture that booking.com displayed. -The billard room's AC are broken with no cold air -The elevator in the reception area is dirty and old -The fitness area needs to include more machines instead of two treadmills, 2 bike machines, and a multipurpose weight machine. It is recommended to include a pull-up and dip station ; rack of dummbells up to 30kg because the room still has space and it does not take up a lot of space. -In overall: - highly recommend checking out the rooms before payment because the hotel has nice rooms with newly renovated bathrooms, but we ended up with room 308 in below-average condition. The other rooms, such as 309 , 310 and the newly renovated section of the hotel, are very nice

- The price is good for a 3 night stay, and the location is near the city center with a lot of local restaurants nearby. - The morning buffet is acceptable, with avrage variety of food selection. - The rooftop is quite nice with open space - The staff was very helpful

Someone was making a lot of noise at 2am and woke up everybody. Rooms aren't properly isolated and you can hear everything like they were inside your room.

The bed was comfortable and the room had everything needed.

I don't really like the facility but this is really a great choice in Buon Ma Thuot. I already stay in the other more expensive hotels in this city but this one is better than them.

The food was okay but the chef is like he really love his job and pay attention. The staffs take good care of us even when this is a big hotel (in a city like Buon Ma Thuot), really supportive and really fast 😊. Even the girl from the ground floor bar!

The reception team did not understood English so well so it was a bit hard to comunicat.but we used the Google for help.

The hotel was a big surprise from the street it looks like old building. But when you discover a new hotel with a beautiful rooftop and nice food. If you stay at the city it is a really good experience.

Nothing much about this hotel I don't like. Only few things such as: check-out seems to be a bit slow, parking lot is quite small; other facilities for examples game room, pool, sauna are quite small and not so interesting.

Service from the hotel is so good, staffs are quick and friendly in response to customers' request. Breakfast in here is good too, it would not be extremely good but very much fits my taste. The hotel is located in center of the city, very near to a market where I can buy stuffs and near to restaurants, coffee shops. This one is so well-worth staying for vacation.

The room had no window and this was not clear at booking. It also meant room light could only be artificial. The water in the pool was really cold. Housekeeping needs to lift and make sure they finish off their tasks properly.

The modern well laid out room was very comfortable and mostly, fairly quiet. The staff were excellent: friendly, helpful and diligent in following through on requests. Breakfast was OK, and as a buffet style, substantial enough. The pool was sparkling and I really enjoyed using it. The restaurant upstairs was useful although limited in menu. Location was OK

Staffs weren't that friendly when I came to ask for help. For example, when I wanted to book for motorcycles, with a better service they could of called the provider, not just gave me a phone numbers and let myself call the guy. Breakfast hours lasted until 9 as announced but around 8.15 am food were off the table gradually and they didn't want to refill the food. Around 8.45 am I wanted to have yogurts and they said they ran out so we just sat for another 30 mins chatting and when we decided to leave they had the yogurts back again 😑

Rooms are in good condition and cozy. Lots of conviniences. The restaurant looks good. Swimming pool is quite small but its ok.

Very good hotel. Cheap and very good facilities. We stayed the first two nights in the 5* hotel of Muong Thanh Luxury hotel of Buon Ma Thuot, but this hotel is far more better! Cleaner, cheaper, better swimming pool and sauna. And staff could speak properly English!

At breakfast, I was looking for some bò kho or cà ri gà to dip with bread but there wasn't any. Not a big deal though. Neighbors dogs can randomly bark at night so it's best to get some ear blockers.

Got everything I needed for a short stay in BMT. - Clean room - Rooftop bar - Gym - Pool - Friendly staff and services - Close-by market and other food vendors.
