I would say The Anam Mui Ne is one of the best resorts that I have ever stayed. The service was fantastic, the food and beverages were outstanding (I really enjoyed the morning buffet), the design is so cozy and pretty. The soundproofing was inadequate; I could hear voices and footsteps from the hallway very clearly. Additionally, the room's layout was not particularly family-friendly, especially for those with infants. The washing area being connected to the bedroom meant we had to be extremely cautious about noise to avoid waking my one-year-old daughter while she slept.

Spa experience was not up to my expectation and standards. Its good but some improvement i would recommend - 1/ questionnaire was filled but it wasnt followed, 2/ masseurs have some verbal conversation and laugh during session, I personally don't think its creates proper atmosphere, 3/ I would like to have clear sound about start and finish of session 4/ darker room 5/ better music

First step/check in and up to check out was crafted with quality and perfection . Amazing building and staff. Everything seems like from the movie - staff is maintaining property constantly, its spotless. Art on walls creates colonial style vibe. The Room is big and everything is done on the highest possible level. Soaking tub has a soaking salt and coffee machine is decent for night sip, water is in glass bottles (2 for each person plus can be upgraded any time) . Breakfast was the best in our stay in Vietnam (from 3 last 5 stars hotels). Beach is clean and maintained constantly. 2 swimming pools with comfortable water temperature. That place will work for any traveler - single, couple or family trips.

All the thoughtful details in service add up to create the most incredibly welcoming and magically luxurious experience. The rooms are spacious and excellently laid out. The breakfast is varied and decadent. The seaside pool surrounded by well manicured gardens is hypnotic. The heated infinity pool in the quad is romantic and perfect for a pre sleep swim.

Most of the staff did not speak English very well so was difficult to explain small requests or complaints. On the last evening in the cocktail bar, our son spilled a milkshake and they cleaned it up but didn’t propose to make a new one. Maybe because it was just before new year but quality of my cocktail (Pina colada) was also poorly made. We paid a lot for an extra bed but it was very shaky for our 13 year old. We stayed there 4 nights and nobody asked us during our stay (eg after 1-2 nights) if everything is ok or if there can be anything improved… Overall the checkout process was disappointing, they asked us to pay the bill but did not ask how our stay was, any recommendations, etc … There was no farewell after sleeping there 4 nights and spending more than 10m in drinks/dinners. It felt after we paid that we were not important anymore as guests … It looked like there was a manager sitting next to reception but he was also not interested in talking to the guests about our experience Overall we were very happy in the hotel but attention to guests can be improved, especially for the price per night we paid (almost 300 usd/night)t

We were excited to use the beautiful roll top Bath that was in our room however the hot water pressure in both the bath and shower was very limited which meant it did not reach boiling point and we were left with a cold/lukewarm shower and bath at times. We did inform staff however they advised this was normal. A little disappointing.

The hotel is very beautiful and very well decorated. The pools are great as well as the beach. Breakfast was also big and with great variety of food. The restaurant is really good and the overall service is great.

Gym walls needs to be properly sealed so that it's not so hot. Service in restaurants during the day was understaffed and very slow. Need poolside menu and catering.

Unfortunately temporary construction noise. It would have set our expectations better if we had been told about this on check-in or during booking. We found the Twitch streamer and the YouTube influencers a bit annoying with their filming around the pools and at breakfast.

At 11 on our last day, the keys couldn't open the door, and we had to go to reception with wet bikinis for another new key. We felt like we were being kicked out of our stay :)

Beautiful great Indochina design resort that brings you very good vibes and cozy atmosfere. Staff are amazing and helpful. Lovely pools and beach zone with shadow from coconut trees.
