Our stay started with a welcome tea and cookies while checking-in. Additionally, we were greeted by the Group GM as well as local GM of the property. The room was spacious and very clean. Furthermore, the beach facilities were not crowded at all as there was space during every hour of the day. Staff were all extremely polite and caring. Having said this, I would like to point out one special person, Min from the reception desk, who helped us booking our flights. She is definitely the most caring and helpful person we have encountered during our entire trip. She even went beyond and organized a late check-out for us and gave some recommendations for our next destinations.

Check in took 30-40 minutes, as we arrived it was very busy and we were told to take a seat so a staff can attend to us. Moments later our cousin had to wave down a staff as guest whom arrived later were able to check in prior to us.

The menu in the beach bar could do with being extended to offer more choice., Other than that nothing at all!

Immaculately maintained grounds and pools right next to the beach. The hotel staff were excellent and always gave a first class service with a smile. The de luxe room was very spacious and came with all the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The Beach bar with ‘live’ music every night was our favourite evening venue.

The Anam exceeded our expectations after seeing and experiencing many other places in the area: - the staff was helpful and nice regardless of where we met them (reception, restaurant, bar, gardeners...) - the rooms wer spacious and comfortable, the bathroom much better than most other we saw - the bar had a couple of good drinks we tried and were excited about - the breakfast was very good and the staff was really taking care of stocking everything up to keep the selection full - the salt pool was lovely - the sandy beach was clean and had a separate strip behind some bushes for hotel guests to relax on chairs in the shade

Everything was perfect, from the Check-In, to the Rooms and Roomservice, the Spa, the variety of Foods and of course the super clean beach, not to forget the daily Yoga Sessions have made it a perfect stay.

Some attention to detail requires in the rooms as there was 3 of us but they always left us only 2 towels. Other than that, no complaints.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel itself is immaculate, very well kept, great pools and the rooms are very spacious and clean. There are no children’s pools but it didn’t matter. The beach is also incredible and has lots of space. The food was delicious and the breakfast was authentic.

Everything was fantastic.

Fantastic green hotel grounds with a number of pools, nice beach beds and beach, excellent restaurants and service and very nice rooms and comfortable beds. All in a colonial style build and hidden within the green vegetation of the grounds. Breakfast was plenty and lots of variety to choose from and the dinners very nice and god sizes. Happy hour cocktails were excellent and all staff was very nice and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel that I'd always come back to and a true 5* hotel.

The prices in the spa and restaurants are quite high, but nothing uncommon for a 5* hotel. The staff could have better english, we have faced multiple misunderstandings (i.e. my mom wanted to make sure she’s ordering a hot meal, while she received a hot milk:)) ), i would advice this hotel to always ask if the guests are willing to order their drinks with ice as almost always we had to ask to bring us back an empty glass with no ice - quite common for travelers not to drink ice in countries like Vietnam

It’s stunning, the architecture, gardens and the surrounding of this hotel create memorable combination that you can’t feel through the photos. The hotel offers several complimentary amenities which makes you feel so comfortable, i.e. you can always ask about extra bottle of waters, sport activities: tennis court access 24/7, small golf course, farm with some animals and multiple flowers, yoga classes. There is also a small surfing school about 15 min walk away from the hotel. The food is also fantastic, the breakfast is top class, while lunch and dinners are served in 3 different restaurants so you can’t get bored during one week stay

The location is a bit far out from everything but that’s what made your feel like you were in heaven. They have a daily shuttle service into Nha Trang. Everything is accessible with a driver.

This resort is one of the best we have stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The resort facilities are gorgeous. Resort is immaculate and maintained beautifully. The resort manager was lovely and made an effort to speak to us to find out how we are finding everything. Staff is exceptional from front of house to hospitality staff. The lady that checked us in (Eddie) is by far the most gorgeous person ever. We arrived early to the resort due to an early flight and our room wasn’t ready for earlier check in, she arranged for us to enter the buffet for breakfast. She then took My WhatsApp details and throughout our stay continued to check in on us to see if everything was ok. She was my go to person throughout out stay and this was service beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Eddie, you are amazing and I can’t wait to come back to the resort to see you again. Your boss needs to know how wonderful your care is for your customers. You are A+++. Anam Cam Ranh we will be back for sure !!!

Bigger slippers size. Have the small and large yoga and fitness rooms open and available at 5 AM as some of us are early risers.

The overall experience is fabulous. The beach area is clean and pleasant to swim on a calm wave. The breakfast at the Indochina restaurant is the best I have ever experienced compared to other five-star hotels. The staff was warm, and luckily, the manager greeted me on my arrival and asked for feedback on my departure.

The breakfast is not well organized. Very crowdy and fruits and juice were constantly low in supply. A shame when the resort is so beautiful and it would have been nice to enjoy morning coffe in a more quite surrrounding. Old/noisy aircon. Bad smell in minibar. English knowledge generally low and sometimes the service is a bit slow.
