There is very little around the area of the hotel itself, meaning that if you want to go to the nearest beach or where most bars/restaurants are, you'll need to walk for a while or catch a Grab. Fitness centre could do with some weights also!

A really nice hotel. My room was an excellent size and had an amazing view of the river and of Da Nang at night. One member of staff (whose name was Fo or sounded like it!) was incredibly helpful during my stay.

The afternoon Sun heat up the room😅 Need walk about 15mins to nearest mall for our food.

Surprised that bath tub and standing showers are available. Cleanliness of toilet is good too. Our room gave the Han river - good view.

We had a lovely stay at the Star City Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near to the city centre and offers a nice view over the river, its many beautiful bridges and the colourful lights of the city. The room was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all the comforts and the receptionists are very kind and helpful and can smoothly organise tours and transportation for the guests and gave us some precious advice on local sights and restaurants. The hotel has also a nice and quiet rooftop terrace from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city.

The location is a bit far from the main town.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast place is great and the view is excellent. The room is small but comfy. The bathroom which is almost the size of the room is great.

Got a twin initially. Got elektric shocks from the toilet seats 3 times. Room was a bit dirty and lacked any cozyness or style.

Shower is bad because slow flow of water and no hot water while the bathtub function is great and rain shower is good.

Breakfast is standard but I love Chinese fried bun. Vietnamese noodle soup is yummy especially beef. Good air-condition, superb toilet boil!!!

Very noise in the restaurant for breakfast, staffs in the restaurant did not take care customers enough which they should do! Very narrow for food section and difficult to get food if so many custom come same time!

There were some minor issues with the room but it was resolved immediately.

The room was very spacious and clean and the service was excellent. Walkable distance to Vincom plaza- the biggest mall in Da Nang.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing! They even let us check in early (without charge). Room was immaculate as well. This is our favourite hotel so far on our Vietnam trip.
